Haircare purchase
My recent haircare order took longer to arrive because of the courier, but it was worth it in the end. After using the products just once, I can already see a big difference in how clean and shiny my dry and damaged hair looks. I'm really happy with the results and will definitely be telling my friends about these products. The customer service team were great and sorted out a different courier for my delivery.
Hair serum purchase
I'm really let down by the hair serum I bought from this company. I'd heard you should give a product a good three months before judging how well it works, so I stuck with the serum for four months. But, sad to say, I didn't notice any improvement in my hair or scalp condition. I even cut back on other things to be able to afford this expensive serum, but after going through three bottles and seeing no change, I can't see any point in carrying on buying it.
