A really bad purchase
Hey everyone, I need to get something off my chest about this place, it was honestly the worst. I was on the hunt for some unique items that I couldn't find anywhere else online, you know? So I place the order, pay up, and then they hit me with this message about a problem with my billing details. Honestly, I checked and re-checked, everything was correct. But they still went ahead and cancelled my order. I had to jump through hoops, sending them my electricity bill just to prove my address - like, seriously? And then they have the nerve to cancel my order because they ran out of stock. What a joke. They even had the gall to suggest it was my bank's fault when I confronted them about it. I contacted my bank, and surprise, surprise, no issues there. They took my hard-earned money! And as the cherry on top, they gave the last two items in stock that I'd purchased to someone else. Talk about unfair, right? Total waste of time, and just plain dishonesty from their side. Trust me, I won't be going back there anytime soon.
Clothing and accessories
I've been coming to this place for years now, and I have to say, it never lets me down. They have a huge range of products for everyone in the family and I always find exactly what I need. The quality of their items is really good and the prices are fair for what you get. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here even better. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my clothes and accessories.
Dress phase eight also dress from Part 2
I was in Moores today 10/07/23 to purchase a dress for a wedding and to check out the sales. I had so many things over my arm to try on when I was approached by a sales assistant who was unbelievable in helping me she took my items and hung them in a dressing room she continued to help me with my purchases it was like having a personal shopper. Her name was Louise she even matched me with shoes and bag and made me feel fabulous in my new purchase. Louise was so genuine in her service. Also Siobhan and Calum were so helpful great staff in Moores clothing department. Will definitely return to shop in Moores. Thank you Louise
