I WOULDNT GIVE IT EVEN ONE STAR. One of the worst customer service team I have ever spoken to. Refusing to give me my money back after the employee behind the counter didn’t give me my receipt. Refused a refund and exchange but ignored numerous emails asking them to prove to me that a receipt was given in the first place. I had a bank statement for the exact same amount on the same day my friend also brought something, wouldn’t do anything to help me and all they could do is tell me how I needed a receipt but no way of me getting this. They are rude and take about week each time they respond to an email. They obviously have no understanding of their policy as the first time I spoke to the CS team they told me to go back to the store to demand a refund. So clearly they have two different understanding of what their ‘policy’ is. Only way I would get refund is if the items are faulty, so realistically they’re saying the would prefer me to turn up with damaged clothes that they can’t resell rather than something that isn’t damaged at all with their labels still on that they could just put back on the shelf and resell.
Honestly the way I have been treated is disgusting and the fact that their arguing over £60 just shows how desperate they are and clearly need every penny they can get.
Buyer beware - Pull and Bear do not offer longer exchange periods to allow for Christmas gift purchases. I have been left with unwanted clothes and not been offered any way forward! Even a credit note would have sufficed.
