Perfume subscription service
So, I was really excited to surprise my daughter with this awesome perfume subscription where she'd get a new scent every month. But man, it turned out to be a major letdown. I paid for the first month in January and got an email saying her scent was shipped in February. But you know what? It never arrived! I waited and waited, but no scent came. I emailed them, and all they said was, "It should be there soon." Seriously? It's now March, and still no scent! And when I asked for a refund, they said, "No can do." Such a scam, right? I'm so disappointed that I lost money and got nothing back. Such a rip-off! I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Stay away, folks!
Misleading product, leaky spray bottle
This company is an absolute scam. They advertise their product vials as a 30-day supply, but truth be told, they only lasted a week for both my girlfriend and me. To add insult to injury, the spray bottles were so badly made that the product leaked everywhere. But the worst part is that there's absolutely no way to cancel your subscription. Even after sending them an email asking to stop, they still go ahead and charge you without your consent. My advice? Steer clear of this dodgy service.
Monthly subscription, missing package
I signed up for a monthly subscription and couldn't wait to get my first package. But, once it was marked as dispatched, the carrier never got it. I tried to get help from customer service, but my emails got ignored several times. It's really frustrating to pay for something and not get it, especially when there's no communication or solution in sight. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my subscription and just accept the loss.
