Review about: Warner Leisure Hotels
Weekend break at a leisure hotel
Overall, our stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The spa and pool were lovely, the restaurant food was decent, and the entertainment, especially Jenna Lee James, was top-notch. However, we found that the service was hit and miss - some staff were amazing, while others not so much. Our dressing table stool broke and wasn't replaced, despite the safety risk. They did give us a bottle of wine as an apology, but it didn't quite make up for it. Also, there was no porter service when we left, which was annoying. On top of that, we noticed errors on our bill, like being charged for a cancelled excursion. We did eventually get a refund, but it just left us feeling a bit disappointed overall.

Family holiday dates changed
Alright, so I accidentally booked the wrong dates for our family holiday and I panicked. But then I phoned up and spoke to this really lovely lady called Anna who completely saved the day! Anna was incredibly helpful and managed to fix everything for us with no extra costs. Honestly, I was so impressed by how amazing the service was.

Refund delay issue
I had a really long wait for a refund from this company, even though they kept saying it would come soon and I waited for weeks. After posting a review about my frustration with how long it was taking, I still had to wait for another 9 months before finally getting some help to sort it out. The company hardly ever got in touch with me and didn't keep me informed, which was so frustrating. I don't think I'd recommend buying from them to anyone else.

Cat protection product
I recently bought a cat protection product from this company and I have to say, it's absolutely amazing. It's really easy to use and offers great value for money. I've tried different products before, but this one is definitely the best at keeping my cherished pet safe.
