Recent purchase of high-quality clothing
I recently bought some really nice clothes from this company and I have to say, I am really happy with both the service and the products I got. The process of ordering was easy and quick, and I was particularly impressed with how the new website looks. Even though there were some issues with the old website, I'm glad to see they've been sorted out now, which makes shopping a lot easier. The delivery was super fast, especially considering it came all the way from the US, and the quality of the clothes I got was amazing. However, when it comes to the clothes themselves, I have to be honest, I was quite let down. The sizes seem to be based on unrealistic models, making it hard for everyday people to figure out what size they need. For instance, the latest model on page 3 of the catalogue, taken in Matera, Italy, looks incredibly tall. This can be really frustrating for customers who just want to buy something they can actually wear comfortably. I think brands should aim to be more inclusive of different body types and offer sizes that reflect real women.

Two sweater shirts
I got these two sweater shirts but they're really not great. I usually check out customer reviews before buying, but they've disappeared for some reason. The clothes just don't feel as good as they used to, the material feels cheap and the sizes are all wrong. The sleeves are way too long, they go all the way down to my knuckles! It's a bit annoying to spend a lot of money on something that's a letdown.
Returned dress
I've just tried to get a refund for a dress I returned to this company, and it's been a total nightmare. They got the dress back at their warehouse but I still haven't got my money back, despite all my efforts to chase it up. I got in touch with their head office many times but just kept getting passed around. In the end, I had to get my bank to help me dispute the charge. It's really disheartening to see a company treat its customers like this when they should be valuing them.
Dress order issue
I bought a dress from this shop and wanted to know when it would arrive. I waited for 10 days without any updates, so I reached out to them, only to discover that the dress wasn't even available! I was shocked that they allowed me to order something that was out of stock. They told me it would take 8-10 weeks to get more, which seemed unreasonable. Additionally, I found another dress I really liked, but they refused to honour the discount I had received on the first dress because it had expired. Their service was appalling!

Item Mix-Up
So, I ordered this top for my grandma, yeah? But they sent the wrong one! And when we tried to return it, they didn't even have it in their returns system. Customer service was absolutely rubbish, they said it would take 2 weeks to sort it out. Nah, we won't be shopping there again, thanks but no thanks!

Disappointing experience
I'm really disappointed with this company. The delivery took ages, and when I tried to return something, I waited three months and still didn't get my money back. Customer service didn't help at all, despite my constant attempts to get in touch. I had to take it further and make a claim through my credit card company under section 75. Honestly, I don't think this company will last much longer if they carry on like this.
Returned items for refund
I recently sent back some items for a refund worth £158, but I still haven't got my money back. I've tried calling and emailing them several times, but they haven't sorted it out. I posted the items back on 12th August with recorded delivery, hoping for a quick and easy refund. But after seeing other bad reviews with the same issue, I'm let down and annoyed. It's sad to see a company I used to like shopping from not keeping their word and looking after their customers.
