Looked at the site 2 days previous and added a bouquet and truffles to the basket. Went back 2 days later and started a new order. No option to review the basket and I completed the purchase only to find I had been charged for the previous bouquet and truffles.
Made the order at 20.54 on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. Emailed at 21.01 on the Tuesday to notify of the error and request refund and was emailed at 7.02am on Wednesday to say flowers were with courier and refund could not be issued.
Customer service is appalling. No attempt to rectify the situation. Spend your money elsewhere folks, this company definitely don't deserve your hard earned money.Review about: Susie Watson Designs
Tablecloth with embroidery
Really bad customer service. The embroidery is on the reverse of the tablecloth and I was told they outsource and only complain to suppliers about things that really are unacceptable" which means I have to live with an overpriced and faulty product!

This review platform would only let me leave 2 stars as a minimum but they do not deserve any stars! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL TO THIS MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY. It is a scam. The course content is not worth the hassle. The process of cancelling is very time consuming and not straight forward. When I signed up I selected an option to be reminded when my free trial period ends but I received no reminder. Although I still remembered to cancel before the trial ended, after multiple click throughs on the website to cancel the subscription they then make you call a phone number to confirm the cancellation. This is not open at weekends and so they took the money out of my account before I could cancel in time. They take a long time to respond to any emails and when they do it sounds like a bot with copy and pasted answers with no resolve. The phone number when you can finally get through is just an automated machine going through a ridiculous amount of options to try and retain your custom before you can finally cancel. Unable to to get a refund and am now having to cancel card details in case they continue to take money from my account. The good reviews on here and trust pilot are clearly fake and I wish I had done more research before signing up.
