Body care products
I will buy the product again and again, anytime, anyday. Very effective product that has helped moisturized the body, soften the hard water for bath and so on. It is exactly what I was looking for various skin treatment and care. Having tested and seen the result, I have recommended to a sister who has also used it with positive remarks. In other words, a sister and I are in the same page with Hello Klean products, testifying about how effective the products are. I'll do more of that because I want others to have the feeling as well. I literally don't think I have anything to complain about the product from Hello Klean.

Baby Carrier
My sister in-law bought a baby carrier that didn't last up to a year even though the name tag was from a known brand. It was disappointing and I felt bad for her. What happened is that she bought and interior type of the same brand. That actually thought me a lesson. So when it was a time for me to buy baby carrier as an expectant mother, I needed nothing but a quality one directly from known manufacturers. I did research and discovered Ergobaby. Although I wasn't convinced but when I read through reviews and feedbacks, that encouraged me to buy from Ergobaby and it turned out to be a good decision. Many years after now, the baby carrier is still in good condition, same as other products bought from Ergobaby.

We ordered 5th, 10th & 11th April so 3 orders and todate ie today we get a burst bag of compost which split over our hallway carpet, 2 of the plants both wilted and dying.
Having spent £150 the service we received is non existent, we have sent numerous emails in April asking to cancel the orders but they ignore . We will be taking legal action and the credit card company are already in process to retrieve our payments.
Having been in business for 50 years customer service was the No1 priority because without customers you don't have a business, it takes upto 5 years to build up a business but 5 minutes to lose it. Your lack of customer service in our case has lost a loyal customer .
You need to wake up and not hiding behind Covid19 and start replying to customers despite Covid19 , (like thousands of other businesses.)Review about: Shaw Academy
