Fraudulent refund promise
I had a really bad experience with this company when I ordered £250 worth of items, only to find out that £90 of the things were actually out of stock. They said they would refund me in 15 business days, but it's been over a month and a half now and I still haven't got my money back. I've sent them loads of emails and messages, but they just aren't replying at all. Their lack of response is really disappointing and I suggest that everyone avoids dealing with them. I've even had to take the issue to trading standards in the hope of getting my refund and holding them accountable for their dodgy practices. It's a real shame that a company would behave so dishonestly.
