Easy to find parking spot, close to the airport
The parking spot was really easy to find and just near the airport. The staff were so friendly and really helpful. The bus was coming frequently so we didn't have to wait long at all. The price was great compared to other places we checked out. Honestly, we couldn't find any faults at all - we will definitely use them again next time we go on holiday!

Four dresses not received
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering four dresses from this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and never had any problems before, so it was a real shock when the dresses didn't turn up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the parcel was sent back by Royal Mail because of an incorrect address. I gave them my correct address again and they assured me they'd send a replacement urgently, but it still hasn't shown up. I've sent multiple emails and made calls, but the issue still isn't sorted and I feel frustrated and like my concerns aren't being taken seriously. The lack of accountability and bad communication has left me really unsatisfied with the service I've received.
