    Looking for a 'formal' coat for a special occasion and saw a beautiful coat on sale! Never shopped with Ulla Popken before and was delighted with the MUCH reduced price of the coat. I ordered it straight away....then read the reviews!
    I thought I wouldn't be sent the coat, that it would be awful if it did arrive and would be poor quality. ALL wrong! The coat arrived on time, EXCELLENT quality of material, a good fit and a FANTASTIC price!
    I can only speak as I find and I'm delighted with my wonderful navy coat.

    They were good in the past, but now they struggle to deliver on time as promised. Their website claims "delivery within 8 days" - what a joke! I contacted them and they blamed import checks for the delay. Why use a "co.uk" address if they're shipping items from abroad? Stop deceiving customers about delivery times! I'm unsure if my items will ever show up. The tracking still says "expecting your items"...what a disaster! I requested to cancel my order, but they declined. Now I have to wait who knows how long to receive a refund.

    Online clothing purchase

    I recently bought some clothes online from this company, and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. At first, there was an issue with the payment going through, and they sent me an email to let me know about it. Without checking with my bank first, I went ahead and made another payment to get the transaction completed. But then I found out that both payments had actually been taken from my account. Even though I gave them proof of this, the company said they hadn't received the second payment and told me to sort it out with my bank. This lack of taking responsibility and being clear about things has made me feel like I've been scammed and left me feeling pretty frustrated.
    On top of this, they still haven't refunded me even though it's been over a month now. I've called them multiple times, but they keep telling me it'll be sorted out soon, which hasn't happened. The customer service has been really poor, with them repeatedly saying they'll escalate the issue but not actually doing it.
    Overall, this whole situation has been really disappointing, and I wanted to share my story to warn others so they don't end up in the same boat.

    Coat ordered on 14th January

    I ordered a coat on the 14th of January, but I still haven't got it. I contacted them to ask about my order, and they said there might be delays because of Brexit. I told them I was worried about not getting my package, but their response was not helpful. I've ordered things from other countries before and got them much faster than this. It's disappointing because I was really excited about getting the coat, especially since it was on sale and bought by my parents.     I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering four dresses from this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and never had any problems before, so it was a real shock when the dresses didn't turn up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the parcel was sent back by Royal Mail because of an incorrect address. I gave them my correct address again and they assured me they'd send a replacement urgently, but it still hasn't shown up. I've sent multiple emails and made calls, but the issue still isn't sorted and I feel frustrated and like my concerns aren't being taken seriously. The lack of accountability and bad communication has left me really unsatisfied with the service I've received.

    Honestly, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I bought something online, but never got a confirmation or any sign that my order went through. Weeks passed and still no sign of my stuff arriving. When I checked my credit card bill, turns out they had already charged me! I was so mad and felt totally ripped off, so I got in touch with PayPal, who thankfully had my back and got my money back for me.     Clothing nightmare

    The customer service and delivery of this company are just terrible. I've had two awful experiences with them in the past year, and it feels like they haven't learned a thing. After sending 10 emails and making phone calls, I'm still stuck in a situation where my order is missing, they can't seem to give me a response, items on their website are suddenly out of stock, I got charged twice for postage, and my items were sent to the wrong address despite my attempts to fix it. On top of that, they promised to sort out the second part of my order, but they didn't follow through. It's left me feeling drained and frustrated. Dealing with them is like being trapped in the seventh circle of hell, waiting for clothes that may never show up. They really need to get their act together before I'd even think about shopping with them again.

    Waterfall top

    I bought this waterfall top online and when it turned up, it didn't have that cool waterfall effect like in the picture. I was gutted because I was proper excited to wear it. I dropped an email to customer service over 2 weeks ago to see if I could swap it or get my money back, but they haven't got back to me yet. All I wanted was to rock my cool waterfall top, but now I'm stuck with this plain one. Not impressed one bit.

    Longline jacket

    I recently bought a longline jacket from this company, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with what I got. Even though it cost a whopping £150, the jacket arrived with no lining and just didn't look right at all when I put it on. So, I had to send it back right away. I've been a loyal customer for ages, but I've noticed a big drop in the quality of the stuff they're selling and the service they offer. It's sad to see a brand I used to adore and rely on letting me down like this. The fact that they expect customers to foot the bill for returns is just not on, especially when the stuff isn't up to scratch.     Order return and refund issue

    I had a bit of a nightmare with an online clothes shop recently. I ordered some bits, but they messed up the address on the package, so it got sent back to them. Even after getting in touch with customer service and being assured of a refund, it never came through. Got so fed up that I had to bring PayPal into the situation to sort it out, and luckily they took my side. But now, the shop's threatening me with debt collectors, making me feel really stressed out and annoyed. Didn't even get to see if their stuff was any good because of all the mess with my order and money.
