New clothes
I ordered some new clothes online and when they arrived, only half of my order was there! I was really disappointed. I contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they didn't believe me! They just brushed me off and made me feel like I was lying. It's not right to be accused of lying when all I wanted was the rest of my order. I was really let down by their attitude towards customers.

Bought jacket
The jacket I bought was really nice, but it just didn't fit me well at all. Although, I was well impressed with how quickly it arrived and the fact that they gave me a free return label and a speedy refund. Even though the size wasn't right, I would certainly think about buying from them again in the future.

Failed installation attempts
I had a bit of a nightmare trying to get a service installed. The first company I chose couldn't seem to get the job done, making excuses each time they failed after three attempts. It was really frustrating and a total waste of my time. Luckily, I switched to another company, and they were able to complete the installation quickly and without any problems. The team from Morrows who came to do the job were absolutely brilliant, finishing it in just 2 hours. Stephen and his crew were so professional, friendly, and they got it right on the first try. I really wish I had gone with them in the first place.

Acrylic cover powders and gel polishes
I recently bought some acrylic cover powders and gel polishes from this company. Sadly, I was really let down by the quality of what I got. The gel polishes were a waste of money because they didn't match the colours shown online at all. Some of the polishes were completely different in person, and the ones in shades of pink, red, and orange all looked the same once I put them on. It left me feeling annoyed and like I'd been tricked by the images on the website. What's worse is that I've tried to contact customer service about getting a refund, but they haven't replied at all. It's really disheartening to support a new business and then end up with products that aren't great and no help from customer service.
