Ten days in I realised the coat hadn’t arrived and the order acknowledgement’s promise of a 24‑hour dispatch looked optimistic. I’d ordered it because we were moving and I needed something warm for the odd trip hauling boxes — bit embarrassing to be left without. Phone line dead, told to use live chat; after three tries someone finally answered and confessed the item wasn’t in stock. They processed a refund and said ten days for it to show. I’m still annoyed they took the order knowing stock was zero, but at least the refund arrived. Won’t risk ordering again.
Small order, big headache
I wouldn't use them again — they didn't deliver what I paid for and refused to sort it out. They claimed CCTV showed the missing items went into a 'black bag' so no replacement or refund, which felt like a cop-out. I've had dodgy deliveries before but never a company so unwilling to investigate. Trading standards have been told and legal action is under way. It's been annoying and a bit stressful.
Prints failed after one wash
Don't bother — most of the printed tees fell apart after the very first wash. I spent almost £200 on Kings Will Dream (mostly t-shirts at about £30 each) and the prints cracked and peeled straight away. Weirdly, my football shirts with similar prints survived, so it's not my machine. Feels like corner‑cutting on printing, really disappointing, bit gutted to be honest. I'd warn others to check a sample first.
Not worth the faff
Don't bother using their Klarna option — that’s the short version. I placed an order because my son specifically wanted this coat, paid via Klarna, Klarna accepted but the shop didn't; a first red flag. I emailed twice asking if they were actually sending it and got nothing back. In the end I had to reorder and pay up front, which was annoying. The replacement came from a different retailer and in the wrong size, so now I’ve got a coat that won’t fit and still don’t have the one he asked for. I’ve dealt with slow customer service before — other shops can be patchy — but this was worse than usual. On the plus side, the parcel wasn’t damaged and the item itself seemed fine, so I’m slightly glad it wasn’t a total mess, but that doesn’t fix the wasted time or the stress of dealing with Klarna afterwards. Live chat was never available and emails were ignored, which is just poor. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend extra time chasing things up.
The coat that didn’t stick around
warm enough, soft-ish lining, looked the part. Then the seams started proving they were merely for show. I sent a photo, told them what happened, and they asked me to send it back so they could “check it over” rather than just sort a discount or partial refund. Fair enough, I thought, but it was my only winter coat and I asked if they’d consider something quicker. Nope — return or nothing.
So I boxed it up, posted it, emailed the return receipt, and waited. Chelsea told me the replacement was on next-day delivery and to expect it by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. I chased, got ghosted, then a message blaming the Christmas rush — which felt like a weak excuse for a parcel that hadn’t even left a believable trail. Meanwhile I had to buy another coat because I couldn’t risk being left freezing. I asked for a full refund and was told Evri would try delivering and if I wasn’t in it would be sent back to the warehouse and only then would they issue the refund. That’s not my problem. I’ve done my bit.
What annoyed me most wasn’t just the faulty stitching — it was the shrugging attitude, the hoops I had to jump through, and the feeling they didn’t care. If you’re after something reliable and you actually need it for winter, I’d avoid relying on this outfit. I wish they’d offered a simple partial refund or a quicker exchange. Bit upsetting, really — could’ve gone much smoother with a bit of common sense and empathy.Pleasantly surprised by the service
they turned up earlier than the slot, rang ahead, and the driver helped me with the heavier box — which was a nice surprise, really. I did have to email customer service about one small missing accessory, and at first I thought "oh no, here we go again", but their replies were friendly and proper helpful. Took a couple of back-and-forths, they asked for a photo, I sent it, and they arranged a replacement part to be sent next day. Not flawless — there was a slight delay in one message, and I chased once — but they followed up and even checked I was happy afterwards. Price felt fair for the quick turnaround and the care they showed; I would use them again, if only for the delivery team who made bringing everything in a lot easier. So, pleased overall, pleasantly surprised, would recommend.
Coat for grandson
I bought a coat for my grandson and I was really happy with the service I got from the company. They kept me updated through email from the time I placed the order. The coat arrived three days later as promised and it was packed nicely. It was exactly what we wanted and my grandson really liked it. I'm very pleased with how everything went and I'd definitely suggest this company to others.
Recent Christmas presents purchase
I recently bought some Christmas presents for my son and godsons, but they didn't show up on time because of the delivery company I used. The tracking info just showed my package sitting in the local depot for ages, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it took forever to sort things out. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, and it took over three weeks to get everything sorted. And to make matters worse, the delivery company said they had delivered my parcel to my safe place, which was a total lie. It seems like they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility. I wouldn't recommend using them again for future orders.
Full track suit purchase
I bought a full track suit from this shop recently, and to be honest, I'm really not happy with it. Within just two weeks of wearing it, the track suit has already started falling apart. BROMLEY TECH BOMBER JACKET
Recently, I bought the BROMLEY TECH BOMBER JACKET from this store and was really pleased with how quickly it was delivered. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the size and ended up getting a Large, which was way too big for me. I decided to return it for an exchange, and the whole process was easy and fast. The jacket itself is top-notch quality, and I love it so much that I'm thinking of getting another one in white. Overall, I would definitely recommend both the jacket and the store for a great experience.

I recently bought some gifts for my grandsons for Christmas and I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived! The items were of great quality as well. I'll definitely be ordering from this place again!

I had a problem with an order I made that went wrong. Even though the money was taken from my bank account, my purchase hadn't arrived a week later. I was annoyed, so I phoned customer service and talked to two people who couldn't find my order. It made me so frustrated, I almost gave up until I was put through to Joanne.
Christmas coat purchase
My first time shopping at this online store was really disappointing. My son really wanted a coat from this brand for Christmas, so I decided to buy it. I chose to pay with Klarna, but that caused a lot of problems. Klarna took the money, but Kings Will Dream didn't seem to know about my order. I emailed them to ask about it, but they didn't reply at all. I even sent another email, but still got no response. Feeling frustrated and with no other option, I had to make a second order and pay upfront. When the coat arrived, I was so disappointed to see it was from Foot Asylum, not Kings Will Dream, and it was the wrong size. With Christmas just around the corner, I now have to deal with returning the wrong coat and sorting things out with Klarna, as Kings Will Dream doesn't seem to be answering customer questions. It's really disheartening to have tried twice to get this coat and still not have a gift for my son, especially when it's all he asked for.

I recently bought a black hoodie and jogger set from this company and I'm afraid my experience hasn't been great. I ordered it two weeks ago and got a message ten days ago saying it was on its way.
