Coat for grandson
I bought a coat for my grandson and I was really happy with the service I got from the company. They kept me updated through email from the time I placed the order. The coat arrived three days later as promised and it was packed nicely. It was exactly what we wanted and my grandson really liked it. I'm very pleased with how everything went and I'd definitely suggest this company to others.
Recent Christmas presents purchase
I recently bought some Christmas presents for my son and godsons, but they didn't show up on time because of the delivery company I used. The tracking info just showed my package sitting in the local depot for ages, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it took forever to sort things out. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, and it took over three weeks to get everything sorted. And to make matters worse, the delivery company said they had delivered my parcel to my safe place, which was a total lie. It seems like they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility. I wouldn't recommend using them again for future orders.
Full track suit purchase
I bought a full track suit from this shop recently, and to be honest, I'm really not happy with it. Within just two weeks of wearing it, the track suit has already started falling apart. That's not good enough - I expected better quality from such a well-known store. I'll be taking it back and asking for a refund or a new one.
Apparel and accessories
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I bought something from them and had loads of problems with the delivery. They were rubbish at keeping in touch and never got back to me when I asked questions. Dealing with them felt like a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't tell anyone to use them.
New clothes

They just brushed me off and made me feel like I was lying. It's not right to be accused of lying when all I wanted was the rest of my order. Missing items from recent order
I've had a few issues with this company when it comes to missing items from my orders. For instance, in my last order, I bought 4 clothing items for a special event but only got 3. When I got in touch with customer service, they took ages to reply, which was really annoying and inconvenient. Also, in a previous order, I had to send back an item that didn't fit. Even though I was told I'd get a refund, it took a ridiculous 4 months for the company to actually give it to me. The clothes themselves are good quality, but the bad customer service experience ruins the whole shopping process.
BROMLEY TECH BOMBER JACKET
Recently, I bought the BROMLEY TECH BOMBER JACKET from this store and was really pleased with how quickly it was delivered. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the size and ended up getting a Large, which was way too big for me. I decided to return it for an exchange, and the whole process was easy and fast. The jacket itself is top-notch quality, and I love it so much that I'm thinking of getting another one in white. Overall, I would definitely recommend both the jacket and the store for a great experience.
Grandsons Christmas gifts
I recently bought some gifts for my grandsons for Christmas and I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived! The items were of great quality as well. I'll definitely be ordering from this place again!

I had a problem with an order I made that went wrong. Even though the money was taken from my bank account, my purchase hadn't arrived a week later. I was annoyed, so I phoned customer service and talked to two people who couldn't find my order. It made me so frustrated, I almost gave up until I was put through to Joanne.
Christmas coat purchase
My first time shopping at this online store was really disappointing. My son really wanted a coat from this brand for Christmas, so I decided to buy it. I chose to pay with Klarna, but that caused a lot of problems. Klarna took the money, but Kings Will Dream didn't seem to know about my order. I emailed them to ask about it, but they didn't reply at all. I even sent another email, but still got no response. Feeling frustrated and with no other option, I had to make a second order and pay upfront. When the coat arrived, I was so disappointed to see it was from Foot Asylum, not Kings Will Dream, and it was the wrong size. The lack of communication from their customer service team was really disappointing. With Christmas just around the corner, I now have to deal with returning the wrong coat and sorting things out with Klarna, as Kings Will Dream doesn't seem to be answering customer questions. It's really disheartening to have tried twice to get this coat and still not have a gift for my son, especially when it's all he asked for.
Black hoodie and jogger set
I recently bought a black hoodie and jogger set from this company and I'm afraid my experience hasn't been great. I ordered it two weeks ago and got a message ten days ago saying it was on its way. However, it still hasn't arrived today. I've tried getting in touch with customer service online and through email, but haven't heard anything back. Plus, when I tried to call them, they said they couldn't provide much help due to the work from home situation. This lack of communication and honesty has really annoyed and let me down.
Elway Puffer jacket purchase
I am absolutely thrilled with the Elway Puffer jacket I bought. It's even better than I expected. The quality is top-notch; it's sturdy, well-crafted, and looks amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. In my opinion, it's way better than other jackets I've bought from more expensive brands. I've even had some compliments on it, which just goes to show how great of a purchase it was.
Recent order experience
I've had a really bad experience with this company recently. I ordered something over a week ago, and when it finally turned up, it was completely wrong. I had to spend time sending it back, which was a huge hassle. Then, I ordered a Christmas present for my son three days ago with their so-called "super quick" delivery option, but it still hasn't arrived. Their lack of organisation and efficiency is just unbelievable. I tried contacting them through Facebook and by phone, but my messages and calls have just been ignored. This level of customer service is just not on, and I'm feeling really frustrated and unhappy about it all. Overall, my experience with this company has been really disappointing, and I definitely won't be buying from them again in the future.

I bought a gilet and a coat from this company not long ago, and to be honest, I was really disappointed with what I got. The gilet I got had a rip in it, and the coat had a label sewn in upside down. I've just placed an order and I must say I was really impressed with how quick I got the confirmation email and update on the delivery. And you know what? The items I got were exactly like they were in the photos on the website. It was a great experience overall!
Clothing order
I recently ordered some clothes from this company, but I was gutted to find out that half of the stuff was missing when I got my parcel. I got in touch with their customer service about it, but they're totally convinced that everything was packed up and even said they have CCTV footage to back it up. But when I checked my invoice, there was no sign of the missing items. It's really got me miffed and let down by the service I've been given.
Refund not received
I sent back an £80 order to Asda on the 18th of November for an exchange, but KWD hasn't refunded or exchanged my order despite Asda returning the parcel. I've emailed them multiple times about the issue, but they only acknowledged one of my emails. The service I've received has been truly awful. I'm very disappointed and won't be making any more purchases from them until I get my £80 refund.
ELWAY SHORT PUFFER PARKA JACKET
I bought the ELWAY SHORT PUFFER PARKA JACKET from your online store because I couldn't find it anywhere else. It came in just 2 working days, all the way from England to Germany - pretty impressive! DHL kept me well informed about the delivery, which I appreciated. The quality of the jacket was even better than I expected, so I decided to get one for my son too - and that one arrived just as quickly. I was a bit surprised to see a bad review here, as I had a really good experience. So, I'm giving it a 5-star rating.
Jeans and t-shirt
I ordered these really cool jeans and t-shirt from this shop, but it took ages to arrive! I mean, after waiting for a whole week, I decided to hop on their live chat and they told me they actually lost my order. Can you believe that? They promised to send it again within 24 hours, but hold on - another week passed and my stuff was nowhere to be seen. So, I had to go back on live chat and request a refund, but they couldn't even locate my account or payment details! I had to do all the legwork and dig up the merchant details myself. Finally, they said they've put in a request for a refund, but honestly, who knows if I'll ever get my money back. To be honest, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this shop - it's an absolute nightmare!

I order 2 track suits and socks one tracksuit didn’t arrive I contacted them with a response they asked for images and then never responded again
As of today I’ve sent 21 emails to them via my own email and there messaging service on their website all with no response
Seems like they are doing this on purpose and if your missing items they don’t care and won’t respond again
Would NOT recommend shopping with them
