Faulty item promptly replaced
I hadn't got around to unpacking my item for three months because of some building work that was going on, and then I found a fault with the product. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and quick with their response. They not only sent me replacement parts straight away, but they also threw in some extra bits that I didn't ask for. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and how quickly they sorted out the problem.

Transfer experience review
I had a really bad experience with the service. I booked a transfer and the driver didn't turn up, which caused me a lot of hassle. It's obvious that there's dodgy stuff going on with this platform, especially since they haven't even paid for the transfers that were done. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone.

Airport parking booking
I recently booked airport parking through a service, then I got a message the day before my flight saying that the company had closed down. I had to find a different option. Thankfully, Midlands Parking came to the rescue and sorted everything out. It was a bit of a surprise and caused some unnecessary stress before my trip. I managed to get my money back from the original company, but it was still a bit of a headache to deal with.
