Airport parking booking
I really wouldn't recommend using this service for airport parking. When I got to the car park they said my booking had been cancelled because Trusted Travel hadn't paid them. I had to pay for parking myself, which was really annoying. I've emailed Trusted Travel three times asking for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. It's better to spend a bit more money and book with a company that's more trustworthy and dependable to avoid all the stress and bother.
RIP Travel Company
I booked a trip with this company, and everything was going really well until they just suddenly stopped trading! I mean, seriously, what's that all about? Now I've got to fork out some more cash if I want to actually go on this trip, or I could try my luck with another company and attempt to get a refund. It's seriously not cool. And on top of all that, the new company I ended up booking with charged me nearly double the original price. It's like some kind of nightmare.
Manchester Airport Parking Issue
I contacted this company three times about my airport parking issue, as they still haven't paid the parking company. Ended up getting turned away, had to fork out more cash at another place, and the only response I got from them was a generic email promising to get back to me.
Prepaid parking reservation
I booked a parking spot online a few months back for my upcoming holiday. But when I got to the parking place, I found out that the company had gone out of business. No one was there to help! I had paid for this parking way ahead of time, but they didn't even bother to let customers know or give a refund. It felt like my money had been stolen, and there was no one I could get in touch with for help.
Fast response and good prices
The customer service was really fast at getting back to me with all my questions and the price was so cheap. The coach I ended up with was absolutely amazing and I had the best time ever.
Travel booking
Booking my travel was a breeze - so easy and convenient! I'll definitely make use of this service again if I'm travelling from Stansted. I was a bit anxious about locating them, but they actually called me 20 minutes before they arrived and provided straightforward directions to where I needed to go. I'd happily recommend this to anyone!
Booking experience gone wrong
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. When I got to the car park for my booking, I found out that Trusted Travel hadn't been paying the car park, so they wouldn't honour my booking. I tried to contact Trusted Travel to sort it out, but all I got were automated messages saying they got my query as a ticket, and then nothing. It was really frustrating and disappointing how they didn't take responsibility or communicate with me properly. I would definitely recommend avoiding this service to others.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I booked airport parking with them, but when I got there, the car park didn't honour the reservation. They said they hadn't been paid by the company I booked with, Trusted Travel. So, I had to pay again and try to get my original payment back from Trusted Travel through my credit card company. I've sent lots of emails and tried to get in touch with them in different ways, but I haven't got any response or solution. It's been so frustrating and a waste of time and money. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company for travel services.
Last minute car park booking
I had a really frustrating time trying to book a last-minute car park at Heathrow airport. I thought I had sorted it out with a service, but then I never got any confirmation. It left me in a tight spot, having to sort something else out last minute and losing the money I'd already paid. I think that kind of service is just not on, it's not reliable at all. I'd suggest steering clear of them to avoid getting caught out by a possible scam.
Airport parking purchase
I highly recommend staying away from this company. My time with them was a total disaster. I booked and paid £70 for airport parking in Manchester, but when we got to the car park, we were told that Trusted Travel was no longer accepting agreements with their customers. We ended up paying an extra £70 just to park our car and catch our flight. The lack of communication and care for customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund from Trusted Travel 6 weeks ago, but I still haven't heard back. All I got was an automated response saying they had issued a 'ticket'.

What a total nightmare dealing with this travel company. When we got to the destination, they said they were full and another company was running the show. We were basically brushed off and told to get in touch for a refund. We've called and emailed loads of times, but just keep getting the runaround. Two weeks on, we still haven't seen a penny back. All we get are excuses and empty promises about the refund being sorted. Honestly, do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company. If there was an option, I'd give them zero stars.

I absolutely adore using this service for airport parking because it's incredibly easy and convenient. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, plus it's just a quick 5-minute walk to the airport terminal. I've used them a few times already and I've never encountered any issues.

Booking airport parking online with Trusted Travel was an absolute nightmare. When we got to Manchester, the car park wouldn't accept our booking from Trusted Travel. We had no choice but to pay again, at a higher price than we initially paid. It's not on that both companies let this happen and just pointed fingers at each other. We couldn't even get in touch with any customer service for help, and neither could the banks help us sort it out. It's really annoying to see these companies not taking responsibility, leaving us feeling ripped off and annoyed.

I recently booked airport parking through a service, then I got a message the day before my flight saying that the company had closed down. I had to find a different option. Thankfully, Midlands Parking came to the rescue and sorted everything out. It was a bit of a surprise and caused some unnecessary stress before my trip. I managed to get my money back from the original company, but it was still a bit of a headache to deal with.

I recently booked a car parking reservation with a company that has sadly gone out of business. On the day of my flight, there wasn't a space saved for me despite my reservation. I had to pay a different company for parking and now I'll be asking my bank for a refund. I'm really let down by the lack of service and communication.

Meet & greet parking at Heathrow
I am absolutely disgusted with the service we received from this so-called "trusted" company. We had just finished an 11-hour flight and when we returned, we discovered that they had not paid the parking company. As a result, we had to pay an extra £80 to retrieve our car. The lack of response from them is absolutely appalling, and their name is truly ironic. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!

I organised airport parking for our family holiday, thinking it would be hassle-free and straightforward. However, it ended up being a complete disaster! When I phoned the parking place to check my booking, they informed me that Trusted Travel hadn't settled the payment. I attempted to contact Trusted Travel several times, but all I received were automated replies with no solution. They took my money and left me in a difficult situation. I had to pay extra to another company just to secure a parking space at the airport. What a nightmare!
Parking reservation issue
I got to the Toad parking site in Manchester all ready for my Spain trip, but turns out they didn't have my parking reservation because Opitech, a part of the company, went out of business. The lady at the desk was understanding, but I had to cough up the money again to park my car. I tried emailing Opitech, but no luck with a reply. It’s really annoying to have to pay twice for something that should have been sorted out. This whole thing has left me feeling really frustrated and I think it’s just not on. I'd steer clear of this company altogether.
Past purchase - Lifetime membership
I remember getting an amazing discount on a lifetime membership from Wowcher a couple of years back, just for £2. It was such a good deal and saved me loads on my travel bookings. However, now when I try to book through their website, it's just not loading and keeps showing me an error message. After looking at some recent reviews, it looks like the company might have gone out of business and isn't operating anymore.
