Heavy duty wood chipper blades
I bought a couple of new blades for my hefty wood chipper from this company not long ago. I got the chipper back in December 2019, and after sharpening the original blades countless times, they were done for. The cost of the replacement blades really impressed me, so I thought I'd give them a go. The service I got was top-notch - the staff were really attentive and friendly, which made the whole process nice and easy. On top of that, the delivery was lightning-fast, and I got my order within just a few days. All in all, I was really happy with how things went and would definitely recommend this company to others.
Tile Cutter Purchase
I recently bought a tile cutter from the store. The customer service was great and sorted out a couple of issues I had. Unfortunately, I had to return two tile cutters because they were damaged. The third one was fine, although it did veer off a straight line a bit when cutting, and the laser line couldn't be adjusted as it should. Still, for the money I spent, it did a decent job and saved me a lot of time. It ultimately got the job done, but I did buy a better cutting disc to improve cutting porcelain tiles.
Coal bunker purchase
I bought a coal bunker from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The bunker was well-made and sturdy, and putting it together was pretty simple, although I did struggle a bit with the rivet gun at first. Once I got the hang of it, though, I was really happy with how it turned out. The delivery was quick, and the packaging made sure the bunker arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for high-quality products.
Decking order
I'm proper gutted about this decking situation. I ordered it online ages ago, dead excited for it. But it's been two weeks now and still no sign of it! They've not even bothered to let me know what's happening, not a peep out of them. I've been ringing and emailing them loads, but they just seem to be ignoring me. It's really disappointing, and to be honest, I'm starting to think I might not even get my decking at all.
Aquarium LED tubes replacement
I bought some replacement LED tubes for my fish tank at MonsterShop a while back. Sadly, the tubes stopped working recently, so I got in touch with their customer service for some help. I was really happy to find that they were super friendly and actually helpful. They quickly sorted out an order for two new tubes and made sure they got to me the next day. One of the tubes ended up being damaged even though it was packed well. But after a quick phone call, they sent me a replacement without any trouble. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the customer service at MonsterShop.
Garden furniture purchase
I bought some garden furniture from MonsterShop and it was a nightmare. I got two boxes of the same item, and after loads of emails with their customer service, they eventually said they'd send the right box. But the tracking numbers they gave me were for another delivery, and despite me trying to sort it out, I heard nothing back. In the end, I just asked for a refund, but that was ignored too. It's been so annoying and disappointing dealing with them.
MAXBLAST Powered Chimney Sweep 11m
The MAXBLAST Powered Chimney Sweep 11m was better than expected. It arrived quickly and well packaged, and the instructions made cleaning my stove flue liner a doddle, even with the tricky 90-degree bend in my chimney. It's a great value for money product that I'm really pleased with.
Faulty item promptly replaced
I hadn't got around to unpacking my item for three months because of some building work that was going on, and then I found a fault with the product. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and quick with their response. They not only sent me replacement parts straight away, but they also threw in some extra bits that I didn't ask for. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and how quickly they sorted out the problem.
Large item purchase
I bought a big item from this shop recently and had some issues with the delivery. But when I got in touch with customer support, a staff member got in touch with me and did everything possible to sort out the problem. Thanks to their hard work, the big package eventually arrived safe and sound. The help I received was really outstanding and I'm thankful for how they handled and fixed the issue.
Damaged item delivery
I was really gutted when my recent purchase turned up all damaged, but fair play to their Customer Service Team, they were spot on in sorting it out. They were dead helpful, quick off the mark, and got me my full refund in no time. It's good to see a company that takes ownership of problems and deals with them properly. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service.

2. The sandblasting cabinet I bought arrived at my house really quickly, just two days after I ordered it. It's even better than I expected and has been a fantastic new addition to my workshop. I want to give a big thank you to the customer service team at the company for being so helpful and supportive when I was buying it.Metal shelving for garage storage
I did some research on different garage storage options and I eventually decided to go with some metal shelving from MonsterShop. Putting it together was really easy and the shelves look great and feel really strong. I'm really pleased with how good they are and the price was fantastic. Plus, the delivery came super quickly, which was a nice surprise.
Electric griddle purchase
I bought an electric griddle from this shop as they promised to deliver it the next day. But, to my surprise, after I placed the order, they told me it was out of stock and would be late by 3 days. To make matters worse, when it finally arrived, I saw there was some damage on the front corner. Although it doesn't affect how it works, it was still disappointing to get a damaged product. On a positive note, the griddle works well and looks nice. I've only used it twice up to now.
Industrial machinery
I bought some industrial machinery from this supplier online, thinking I'd get good service and it would arrive on time. But actually, it was a massive letdown. They said it would come on a certain day, and I had to wait from 7 in the morning until 7 at night. Only problem was, it never showed up and they didn't bother getting in touch to explain. I tried calling them loads of times, but they never got back to me. I had no idea where my order was, and it was really frustrating and unprofessional how they treated me.
Two drying racks
I bought two drying racks from MonsterShop recently, but they turned out to have some pretty major problems. One of them was missing wheels and bolts, and the other had a bent frame. It was clear that someone had tried to cover up the damage by spray painting over it, which makes me doubt the quality of their products. When I contacted customer service for help, all I got back were unhelpful and confusing emails that didn't actually solve anything. In the end, I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Fish tank purchase
I bought a fish tank from MonsterShop not long ago, and even though the delivery was fast, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication from their team. I emailed them about some problems with the parts for the 300Ltr tank, but didn't get any response. I've also had trouble finding replacement LED lights for the tank, and I've noticed that the rubber tube connecting to the filter isn't very good quality.
Charcoal BBQ Grill
I recently bought a Charcoal BBQ Grill from MonsterShop and I must say, it's really high-quality with strong components and heavy-duty metal. Putting it together was a bit fiddly because of the awkward bolt positions, but overall, it wasn't too difficult. One piece of advice for anyone thinking of buying one is to make sure you correctly identify the left and right side panels as they can't be swapped around. I found this out the hard way when I was putting it together. I've only had a chance to use it once so far, but it worked really well. I particularly like the height adjustment feature, and the front door makes it easy to add or move around charcoal without messing up the cooking.
Item availability issue
I bought something on this website and was really let down to discover that the thing I wanted was actually out of stock, even though it said it was available online. The company didn't let me know that the item wasn't available. When I got in touch with them, they just kept telling me that the item was in stock at a different warehouse, which turned out to be untrue. Finally, they came clean and said that I'd have to wait 28 days to get my order.
composite decking
It's been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered that really cool composite decking from this website. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days, but I'm still waiting. Monstershop told me they were having problems with their new delivery people. I've been in touch with them loads of times, and they keep saying my order was picked up, but the delivery team doesn't know where it is. I can't get a refund until the missing decking somehow shows up again. Not a great situation, Monstershop!
