Quick and efficient customer service
I had a bit of trouble with my company's opening hours when trying to book a shipment pick-up not too long ago. Yulia from customer service was an absolute star in getting everything sorted out quickly and efficiently. She responded to my emails in no time at all and got in touch with the courier company straight away to give them the right details. Thanks to her help, the whole situation was much easier to handle and less of a headache for me.

Combination ticket of river cruise and attraction
The ticket we got for both the river cruise and the attraction was absolutely brilliant. The cruise itself was such a nice way to take in the city from a new angle, and going on the London Eye was a real classic. Tim, the guy showing us around on the boat, was the absolute best part of the day. He didn't just make it fun, but he knew so much about all the sights along the river. It was great to have a real person guiding us, rather than just listening to a recording. Tim's energy and jokes really made the whole thing special and unforgettable.

Quick and easy ordering process, delayed delivery, high-quality product
The ordering process was really easy, no stress or confusion at all. I managed to find exactly what I wanted without any problems. However, the delivery did take a bit longer than I thought it would. Nonetheless, I was grateful for the frequent updates on when it was due to arrive, which kept me informed. When my package eventually arrived, I was extremely happy with the product. The frame I picked out was just like it was advertised online and the quality was excellent.
