Climbing frame purchase
I recently bought a climbing frame online and it turned out to be quite different from what I was expecting. The customer service I received was really poor, and the website was not very clear - it was quite misleading. I also had to wait a really long time for some missing parts to arrive. When I tried to make a complaint, it was completely ignored. All in all, I was really disappointed with the whole experience.

Denim jacket purchase
I bought a denim jacket from the store not too long ago and unfortunately, my order got delayed because of Royal Mail. But let me tell you, the customer service I got from a lady called Sian was top-notch. She went above and beyond to sort out the problem and make sure my order was sorted quickly. Even with the delay, I wouldn't hesitate to shop at this store again in the future all thanks to Sian's fantastic customer service.

Aligners for crooked teeth
