It's disappointing that they weren't willing to assist, but I understand that not everything can go smoothly.

Oversized Hoodie
I thought I'd treat myself to an oversized hoodie from this brand, thinking it would be a cool and comfy new piece for my wardrobe. But, oh dear, was I wrong. The sleeves were way too long, I felt like I was swimming in material. Plus, the fabric was so thick, I could've been mistaken for a weightlifter. And to add insult to injury, the lack of cuffs meant the sleeves just drooped over my hands like sad, saggy balloons. It's safe to say, this was the worst top I've ever bought.

The jeans I bought were really bad quality and didn't fit me well at all. I was so disappointed with how they looked and felt that I decided to return them because they were just not up to scratch. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this brand.
Delayed delivery, false tracking number
I recently bought something from this clothing company, and it's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The parcel I was expecting is super late, despite the company telling me it was on its way with Royal Mail. But when I checked with Royal Mail, they said they never got it in the first place. On top of that, the tracking number they gave me isn't even real, which just makes everything even more confusing. It's so annoying to be stuck in this situation. Now, I have to wait another 10 days before I can even ask for a replacement or my money back. This whole thing has really got on my nerves, and it's definitely made me think twice about using this company again.
