Bought a gold chain for my friend's birthday
I purchased a gold chain as a birthday gift for my friend, but it ended up being too short. As my friend lives quite far away, it took some time before I could go back to the store to return it. Fortunately, when I did return it, they didn't have a longer chain in stock, so they kindly refunded me without any issues. I later found a more suitable chain on their website. I must say, the customer service was excellent and I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything was dealt with.

Samples for wedding, confused but love them all
So yeah, I ordered a load of samples to try and find a scent for my wedding day and oh my gosh, I absolutely love them all! I thought it would make it easier to decide, but now I'm even more confused because they're all so good. But hey, that's a good problem to have, isn't it? Anyway, I really suggest getting samples if you're not sure what to go for - you won't be let down!

Dress and shoes
I bought a really cute dress and shoes from this place and I was super excited for them to arrive. But after waiting ages for my order, it never showed up. I tried getting in touch with them, but it was like banging my head against a brick wall. They promised to email me updates, but they never did. When I finally got through on the phone, the person I spoke to was no help at all and didn't seem bothered. It was a total nightmare trying to get any information from them. In the end, I just gave up and cancelled my order. I was gutted and won't be shopping there again.

Tablet purchase
I bought a tablet from this place recently and I must say, the service was really good and the tablet itself is great. But, seriously, what's with all the annoying adverts covering my tablet screen? It's really frustrating and irritating after spending money on the tablet. I was expecting a clean device, not one filled with spammy adverts. This problem really spoils an otherwise positive experience.
