Web booking for pet travel
The website was really easy to use and I had no problems booking my travel with my dog. The only issue was that even though I booked for my pet, I couldn't reserve a spot in The Pet Lounge online. I had to call P&O Ferries separately to do that, which was a bit of a hassle.

How are they allowed to sell things that are not in stock?
I know where you are coming from. I am also cancelling an order. Customer service - it's a joke! and they're still selling the same item in their latest catalogue unbelievable.
I too ordered a rug on 5th October. Still no sign of goods to date, 7th December. Terrible lack of communication and service. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I also had a problem with them when ordering a watch which took ages to arrive and despite charging £5.95 for delivery!
I ordered a rug on 4th June and it hasn’t arrived. I have complained online 4 times but got no response despite leaving my address, phone number and email address. I no longer want the rug (bad connotations) just my money back. Appalling service!
