Womens tall flare Jeans
So I'll be honest I'm very disappointed, I'm a mother of two that hardly ever has spare money for myself especially as I am currently to unwell to work... I finally had some money for me and being to tall for all of my current Jean's which has made me feel self conscious and uncomfortable for years I thought I'd give boohoos tall range a go... long story short these Jean's fit lovely on the leg but they are a good 5 inches to big on the waist! They look like they're made for pregnant women they are so disproportionate to the point I cant wear them :( I'm gutted and I've already taken the labels off so cant return, I also ordered some black skinny Jean's in exactly the same size (6) and again really disproportionate, the legs where wide enough for my arms not my legs I couldn't even fit my narrow feet or calves in yet the waist was big. I so desperately needed Jean's for the winter and was so excited to finally have some that where long enough for me, I'm now back to square one and have spent most of my christmas money on a disappointment :(

Stressful dealing with ‘aftercare’ Gemma and Suzan .. threatened with bailiffs and legal action. Harassed and bombarded with emails demanding payment for a subscription I never wanted, and once I realised I have been forcibly and confusingly entered into a contract I emailed to request that it was cancelled. This was 3 days after my initial purchase- however, they only emailed me back on day 14 following my purchase to state that I would have to return the goods unopened within 14 days. What a sneaky sly move on their part!!! Joke of a company and a total joke of generic emails when attempting to deal with aftercare. I suffer greatly with anxiety and dealing with this company is genuinely affecting my mental wellbeing with their continuation of threats.
Has anyone actually had a bailiff or been taken to court??
I have so far reported to trading standards and the fraud team, however, due to them mentioning subscriptions in their t’s&c’s (albeit not clear and confusing that that is what you are entering into) there doesn’t seem much more I can do
I have repeatedly asked the company how to make singular one off purchase and as of yet have still not been answered

Oh, and the products DO NOT work and taste awful!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYType in ODR on Google and fill that form in. I got onto citizens advice and I asked the skinny caffe for a copy of a contract and they cant provide me with one. I went onto my subscriptions and it says I dont have any now and I deleted my address too which I couldn't do beforehand
I have been also scammed and forced and held into a 6 month contract after I believe I was getting a free pack. They are con artists
I got caught, cancelled my card to stop payments. I tried log in to website it says I don't have account yet they took money so weird.!!!
I have had the same ordeal. From me thinking i was receiving a free try before you buy i have now been forced into a contract for 6 months. Nearly £100 for hot chocolate that tastes awful. I am so stressed dealing with gemma who just sends me generic messages. Its a scam. Has anyone managed to actually get out of it? Surley something needs to be done.
I got onto citizens advice then trading standards and filled out the online dispute resolution form. I go on the account and it says I have no subscriptions. I've not heard anything off the company since last month. So will see what happens. If they say to me I'm in a subscription the website states different and I've got screenshots. So they can do one thinking they will get debt collectors and shit round. Funny thing is they threaten you will debt collectors yet no one has recieved a letter off one. So it's a load of crap
Hi everyone I’ve had exxactly the same thing saying they’re going to take legal action from “Suzanne” has anyone actually had anything other then a threat??
My last email saying it will go to debt collectors etc was the end of may. I've heard nothing off them and it says on the account I have no subscriptions now
I did all of this and have had legal letters which are enforceable. Now because of the delayed payments I have to pay anyway and also owe an extra £131 due to interest and admin fees for the collection company. If it’s not paid I am taken to a small claims court. Don’t end up like me just pay it will be cheaper and we also did agree by subscribing.
Ignore this Holly girl above. Shes part of the team and putting the frightners on. No one including myself have heard anything from debt collectors. Holly.. stop messing with peoples lives ffs and leave people alone. We dont want ya fake scam of a business.????

Amazing and completely dashing products
I really like the varieties they have for home decor. Recently I was planning to change my room's color as old one was too dull and boring. So this, I tried red color. Not just that, dark shade in red color with white combination. I love my room and how everything is changed.
Apart from this, I changed my home décor and ordered some products from here. All of them is really good in quality. Money is great as well.
