The service at that shop was absolutely brilliant. I was so amazed at how fast the delivery was, and the quality of the blouse and jacket was even better than I expected. They were really well-made and the prices were very reasonable. I was really impressed with my whole shopping experience.

Carseat purchase
My experience with this retailer was terrible. I bought a car seat which turned out to be faulty. I followed the warranty process and returned it, but after waiting a month, I was told it was discontinued and got a refund. The lack of communication and resolution was really frustrating. Even though customer services tried to help, it was too late as the refund had already gone through. It seemed like they didn't care about fixing the issue, especially since I bought it at a discount. I even tried contacting the complaints department, but they just gave me the usual response without really trying to solve the problem. In the end, I decided to shop somewhere else and had a much better experience with a smaller, more attentive retailer.

Oh my goodness, the customer service at this place was absolutely incredible! I spotted these really cool cuff links online that I just had to get, but they were sold out everywhere. I reached out to them and Malcolm managed to track them down for me and deliver them super quickly. It was unbelievable, so amazing!

Motorcycle insurance issue
I've bought motorcycle insurance recently, but I'm having loads of problems with the policy. Even though I have a certificate from the insurance company, I've been pulled over by the police multiple times, and they've said my bike isn't insured. It's really frustrating and worrying because I could end up in trouble with the law. Sadly, I haven't been able to get in touch with the insurance company to sort this out, so I'm feeling stuck and not sure what to do next.
