Padel racket purchase
I bought a padel racket from an online shop not long ago. I was really looking forward to getting it as it was supposed to be a top-notch Oxdog Sense Tour racket. But when I got it, I was let down. The racket I got wasn't the one I thought I was getting. The website showed pictures of the 2024 model at first, but then switched them to the 2023 model without any warning. It was a bit confusing and made me feel like I'd been tricked.

Christening bracelet purchase
I bought a christening bracelet for my granddaughter not long ago, and I have to say, the service was absolutely brilliant! The lady who helped me really went out of her way to make sure the bracelet would fit just right on my granddaughter's wrist. She even gave it a nice clean before giving it to me. I was really impressed by how much care she took and the great customer service she provided.

Machine and bundle purchased
I recently bought a machine and bundle from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they delivered it. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived just a couple of days later on Thursday. I know not all deliveries are that fast, but I got lucky this time. I paid for quicker delivery, so that probably helped it get here so fast.
I did have a small issue with some missing parts in my bundle, but the customer support team was really quick to respond to me. They let me know that the missing items were being sent separately. The parts were actually out of stock at the warehouse where my machine came from, so that caused the delay. But the customer service team's quick help calmed my worries and they made sure the missing parts would be on their way soon.
