Excellent ..
I am a tennis player since 2003 , using Head brand.
My junior (son) now playing good ,and so I have purchased a branded racket from Head Graphene 360 Extreme,dynamic 16/19 string pattern, help in extra spin. Grip is solid ,price is little higher side.
But my junior is very happy.Tennis shoes
Stay away from this store !!!
I placed an order on 7.1.2022.
Delivery was expected within 10 days.
It is now 26.2.2020, the package got lost in transit.
Tracking services says it's stuck at customs.
I called customs, they don't recognize the tracking number at all.
Smashinn response is wait, you'll get the package one day...
I've two problems with their replay:
1. It isn't my I responsibility to call customs or any other party along the supply chain and find out what's going on. It's Smashinn responsibility, but they refused to do so.
2. From their standpoint I might as well wait forever. They refused to give an end date after which they’ll refund.Asics Gel Hunter 3 Indoor Shoes
I ordered a pair of indoor shoes in a UK size 4.5 but I got delivered a UK size 6. I tried to contact customer service but they are not willing to exchange the shoes. All they tell me to do is fill in a return request (that I pay for the return) and reorder the product! How will this guarantee me that they will send the right shoes the next time! and it is costing me money to fix their mistake!

Probably the worst experience i have ever had shopping online.
I ordered in Novemeber 21 and delivery was estimated to arrive between November 27th and January 1.
Since the 24th in nov there was no update in the delivery process, when i sent messages to "smashinn/tradeinn.com" i encountered nothing but a generic message with no personal response to the matter.
As of now, December 9th, i have yet to get a useful response and the delivery's status is yet to updated, no to mention arrive.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! USE ONE OF THE MANY OTHER SITES ONLINE!Sport items

For the customer service ... I am not receive my shipment yet 2 months ago, they collect my money ...... please refund my money.
all they has electronic respond and 27 emails between us, and in last email they tell me my status is closed .... bad electronic trading ..... I am not receive my shipment yet.... whom can help?Tennis racket and other tennis items
They don't back my money for the canceled items in order (after I pay for it)
They don't answer a questions on the support page
Absolutely bad service and support
