Everything went smoothly with SmashInn, Spring GDS (the transport service in Spain), and Royal Mail (the UK delivery service). Each part of the process was well-documented on their websites. Despite a slight delay at customs, which wasn't SmashInn's fault, the overall service was great.

The tennis racket came pretty quickly and was in good shape. My only problem is that it seems like it might have been sitting in the warehouse for a while because the plastic on the handle was really stuck and got a bit damaged when I took it off. Apart from that, all good.

I recently had to send back a product to this company because it didn't fit, and I was really let down by their returns policy. They actually make you pay for returns, which a lot of other online shops don't do, and then on top of that, you have to take the package to the courier office yourself. It was such a hassle and really got on my nerves - it would have been much easier if they could just pick it up from my house. All in all, the whole returning experience was pretty rubbish and it's given me a bad view of the company.

I recently bought two paddles for a game of padel from Smashinn. Unfortunately, I had a big problem with the shipping. At first, they gave me a fake tracking number. When I asked for a new one, they provided a different one. I later found out that my package was stuck at customs, but no one told me about it. I paid the necessary fees, but my package is still stuck there. The courier service, MailAmericas, hasn't been responding to my messages or calls, so I don't know what's happening with my delivery. Even though I contacted Smashinn for help, they haven't been quick to sort out my problem. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and customer support during this whole shipping mess.

What a nightmare! I ordered a padel racket on the 28th of May and it was supposed to arrive on the 31st of the same month. It never arrived, and when I inquired, they now tell me that I have to pay customs taxes which were not specified when I made the purchase. The order is stuck in customs, and I have tried to communicate with both Smashinn and mailAmericas, but there is no solution in sight. I refuse to pay more for the padel racket, if I'm not going to receive it and it's just going to be stuck in customs. Give me my money back!

These people are such scammers. I bought a pair of trousers on the free shipping day, but they sent me the wrong colour. It was a nightmare trying to get in touch with them - they don't answer their phone or give any explanations. It took over a month for them to process the return. Avoid buying from them at all costs.

But, to my disappointment, my order got delayed multiple times, and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. It was frustrating to find out that the shoes were actually out of stock, even though they were advertised as available. The last straw was when the estimated shipment date was pushed nearly four months later. It was unacceptable and disrespectful to make a customer wait that long without a proper explanation. So, I decided to cancel my order due to this awful service.
