7-day Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore, Salt Lake City, and Arches National Park tour
My recent trip around Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore, Salt Lake City, and Arches National Park was really special. It wasn't easy with the snow, but our tour guide Sean Fu and driver Aaron did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly for us. The tour was well-organised, and even though we couldn't make it to Grand Teton because of the weather, going to Bear World in ID was a good alternative. Most of the people on the tour were from China and they were all really friendly. The hotels were mostly fine, but the one in Grand Junction, CO was a bit lacking in charging points and had a strange place for the coffee maker in the bathroom.

Refunds not received
I've been a customer at this store for ages and always liked their stuff and service. But, lately, I've had some trouble with getting my money back for things I've returned. Last year, I sent back three items at different times, but I'm still waiting for my refunds. I've tried reaching out to the customer service team a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back about my refunds. It's kind of putting me off buying anything else from them because it's worrying that I'm not getting my money back for items I've sent back. I've checked and seen that the store got the things I returned, so it's pretty frustrating that they haven't given me my refunds yet.

Grocery shopping experience
I popped into the store for some groceries the other day and I must say, I was really let down. The delivery was speedy, but when I got my order, it was all wrong! Loads of items were missing and they switched in stuff I didn't even ask for. I quickly sent an email to customer service to sort things out, but I'm still waiting for a response. The whole mix-up has left me feeling uneasy about ordering from them again. It's worrying to see such a lack of care and precision with people's orders.

Hypo allergenic bedding purchase
I bought some hypoallergenic bedding after my doctor recommended it. I hadn't heard of the company before, so I thought I'd drop them a message before I bought anything. I was really pleased to get a quick and reassuring email back from them, talking about their 20+ years in the business and how they're dedicated to making top-notch products for people with allergies. Their great customer service definitely made me feel better about buying from them.
