    I just bought this really great bed covering set from the company which is 100% cotton and mite-proof. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the stuff. The set comes with a mattress cover, duvet cover, and pillow cover, all made from really good materials. Plus, it was on sale so it was a really good deal compared to buying each piece separately.

    I recently bought some DermaSilk socks from Allergy Best Buys, but when they arrived, I was disappointed to find out they were the wrong size - too long. I needed them for a long trip where I would be wearing compression stockings, so it was really annoying. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to send them back and get the right size before my journey, so I had to just make it work with the socks I received. They'll do for now, but I can't help but think that I paid too much for this kind of hassle.

    As someone who has allergies, I'm constantly looking for products that can help ease my symptoms. I came across this website searching for allergy solutions and was a bit let down to see that the prices were pretty steep compared to other choices. I think companies that cater to people with allergies should be more mindful of the financial struggles that can come with dealing with allergies, but sadly that wasn't the case here. Even though the products might be good quality, the high prices make it tough for a lot of people to afford the relief they're looking for.

    Anti-allergy bedding

    The anti-allergy bedding really helped with my allergies, but the material is so slippery! The fitted sheet keeps scrunching up and the duvet cover slips down every night. So, I switched to a cheaper polycotton cover that does the job without slipping. When I reached out to customer services about the issue, they weren't helpful at all. They insisted I ordered the wrong size, even though I know I didn't.

    Recently, I bought a couple of mattress toppers from this company. To my dismay, when I unpacked them, I discovered they were noisy and felt like plastic, reminding me of incontinence sheets. Even though I didn't use them, I asked for a refund and return. However, the customer service I got was really disappointing. The staff weren't helpful at all and suggested it was my fault for not reading the description properly. I wasn't offered any compensation or apology, just a 10% discount for future purchases - which was already available to all new customers. I'm really let down by the lack of professionalism and care shown by this company.

    I had a bit of a nightmare with some gloves I bought online which turned out to be the wrong size. I sent them back using recorded delivery, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, the refund was rejected, and they didn't believe me when I said I had sent them back. The customer service was appalling, and I've decided not to buy from them again.     Allergy gloves

    I bought some allergy gloves from this company in the hope that they would relieve my allergies. Sadly, I was really let down by the quality. The sizing was all wrong, both pairs I got were the same size even though they were meant to be different sizes. And on top of that, one of the gloves had a badly stitched thumb, which left a hole. It's not on, especially when the gloves are supposed to protect against allergens. I won't be buying from them again.

    I bought something from this online shop not long ago and, not too lucky for me, they sent me the wrong stuff. After getting in touch with customer service, they did send out a replacement package to fix the error. But, annoyingly, that package went missing and now the company won't help me any more. I'm pretty let down by their lack of effort to sort this out, it kind of feels like they're trying to rip me off since I still haven't got what I paid for.

    Hey, I recently bought some allergy supplies from this store, and honestly, their customer service is terrible! I've been attempting to get information about one of their products for my younger brother who suffers from severe allergies, and I keep getting transferred and cut off on the phone. If they're meant to be specialists, shouldn't they have knowledge about their products and offer good service? What's the point in going to an upscale store if you're just going to be treated like any other customer? Amazon is the way to go!

When I realised I got the wrong size, I got in touch with customer service to ask about sending it back. But they hit me with a frustrating reply saying I couldn't return it if it hadn't been opened. It was still sealed and unused, so after explaining that, I finally got some instructions on what to do next. It was pretty irritating going back and forth like that, taking up loads of time, especially when you compare it to how easy it is to return stuff with other online shops like Amazon.

    Apart from the returns bit, I also tried to get more information about some other products I was thinking of buying. Sadly, I still haven't heard back from the customer service team. That lack of communication is worrying, especially when you think about how much more their products cost compared to other places. I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth, and the fact that the store's team doesn't seem to know much about their own products or bother getting back to me is a letdown.

    Even though I have to give them credit for the nice and knowledgeable customer service I did get, it doesn't make up for the frustrations I had with the returning process and the unanswered questions.

    I bought some hypoallergenic bedding after my doctor recommended it. I hadn't heard of the company before, so I thought I'd drop them a message before I bought anything. I was really pleased to get a quick and reassuring email back from them, talking about their 20+ years in the business and how they're dedicated to making top-notch products for people with allergies. Their great customer service definitely made me feel better about buying from them.
