Frozen food purchase
The company I used to buy my frozen food was absolutely brilliant. As soon as I placed my order, they were really professional, polite, and listened to what I needed. I was glad that they double-checked my address to make sure the delivery was accurate. The package was really secure and well-wrapped, especially considering I live in a different city. I was impressed with how carefully they packed my frozen foods to make sure they stayed frozen during delivery. Plus, they kept me updated on the delivery, so I could track my package all night if I wanted to. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable and fast service. I don't know them personally, I just found them on Google, but I'm really happy with the great service they provided. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I got to know about Kugans before the pandemic but not as frequent as before but when the pandemic hit hard and strong and people were forced to stay home, I started shopping a lot from them and getting my delivery wasn't a problem. They are up to the task when it comes to delivery. They knew how fast the people wanted it. I get tinned foods,fruits and vegetables mostly. There was a time I decidejd to try Indian meals and I shopped for the ingredients on Kugans. Their customer care service helped out in putting me through. They are a very solid online grocery store that gives the best and leaves a lasting impression on you. Don't need to recommend them again. They are always my favorite.

Multiple orders
I've placed a few orders with this company and I have to say, I've never been let down. During my last order, there was a problem with the delivery service not being able to deliver for some reason. But, I got in touch with the company and they sorted it out quickly, sending me updates by email until my order arrived. I can't fault this company at all - they really do their best to make sure customers are happy. I'll definitely be using them again whenever I need to buy something.
Broken product delivery
I recently bought something from that shop, but I wasn't happy with how it all went down. They didn't keep me informed about when my order would come, which left me unsure and stressed. It was tricky to find out where my package was because they didn't give me much info. And when it did eventually turn up, it was damaged, and that really let me down.

I've just ordered a bunch of groceries from Kugans, focusing on South Indian items, and honestly, I have to give a shoutout to their amazing service. Lakshmi, one of their customer service reps, really went above and beyond to help me out. Their range of products is pretty impressive, especially if you're after South Indian ingredients. But I would love it if they could include more Kerala brands like "Malabar Choice." It's a brand I usually have to get from a different online shop, so having it available at Kugans would be fantastic.

This shop is a real hidden treasure, I must say! I really adore all the different natural foods and ayurvedic skin care products they stock. Replacement items
I went to the shop the other day to get some replacement items, but when they arrived they weren't what I needed. But I have to admit, the stuff I did get was pretty good quality. And, to top it off, everything was nicely packaged and arrived really fast, which was pretty impressive.

My fresh meat turned up over a day late and it had lost all its chill! The blood had seeped out of the packaging too. Apparently, the delivery company messed up and that's what caused the hold-up.
Baby formula and diapers
I recently bought some baby formula and nappies from Kugans, but I have to say, I've been really let down by their service. I ordered online, but it's been taking ages for my stuff to turn up. Even though they told me my order was being processed, I found out that the store only deals with online orders on certain days of the week. When I contacted them to check on my missing order, they said I'd get it in 2 days. But it's been 5 days now since then, and I still haven't received anything. On top of that, they haven't replied to any of my follow-up emails, which is really frustrating and makes me feel ignored. It's just not right to have such poor communication and delays with fulfilling orders.

I recently ordered some groceries from Kugans and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. I placed my order easily on their website and got a confirmation email almost straight away. The next day, I got a notification with a time slot for the delivery from the courier. And you know what? The delivery actually arrived within that time slot on the same day. Everything went really smoothly and without any bother, and the items I got were just what I wanted.

It's just not on to pay for things that never show up, and the lack of customer service is like adding insult to injury. After going through this a few times now, I can say for sure that I won't be ordering from Kugans again in the future.
