Flight booking experience
I'd steer clear of this scam, mate. They lure you in with low-cost flights, but once you've paid up, they go ahead and cancel your booking. And don't even think about getting a refund, it's a lost cause. I've been waiting for my cash since June 2023, went through the whole arbitration process and still no luck. Best bet is to go with a different airline and save yourself the hassle.

Puzzles are so addictive
The service was really good, but the delivery cost was a bit pricey - still, it was worth it! I've already bought six puzzles and I can't get enough of them, so addictive. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future. 🥰

My refund process
I had to wait so long for my money back after returning something. I even emailed them twice but still no refund. Finally got an email today saying it's sorted, but now I'm wondering when I'll actually get my money. Too scared to return anything else in case it takes ages again. Won't be ordering online from them in future.
