Dress purchase
I was absolutely blown away by how great the customer service was when I asked about getting a dress that was out of stock. I got in touch through Instagram and they really went the extra mile to find the dress for me in one of their stores. Even though I live far away and couldn't pick it up myself, they sorted out shipping it to me. It's not often these days that you come across such dedication and kindness in businesses, so I'm really thankful for the amazing service they gave me.

Coffee table and accent chairs
Tanka and Mark were absolute stars! They provided excellent service with big smiles. The coffee table and accent chairs I bought turned out to be even higher quality than I had remembered from seeing them in the store. The delivery was quick and smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and how everything went.

Bill issue, double charging
I've had a problem with my bill recently - I got charged twice for two accounts, one for my old router and one for my new router. Trying to sort it out has been a nightmare. First, I had to give notice to switch to another provider before they sent someone to fix it. Then, I thought it was all sorted, but I ended up getting another bill for both accounts. Every time I phoned customer service, I kept getting cut off, even after being transferred to the right department. This kept happening until it was too late to get help as it was past 7pm. Now, my internet has been cut off because I haven't paid the bill. The whole thing has been really frustrating and time-consuming, and it's making it hard for me to work properly.
