I've shopped at this store a few times now and I'm really pleased with it! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the prices are really reasonable as well. They always wrap everything up beautifully and my orders always arrive on time. I absolutely adore this shop!

T-shirt return issue
The returns policy is a shambles - I've been trying to sort out the mess with the customer service team, but it's been a nightmare trying to communicate with them. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't got my refund for sending back that t-shirt.

Sofa delivery
I recently ordered a sofa from this company and had no problems with placing the order. However, the delivery experience was a total nightmare. The delivery ended up being over an hour late, and the delivery person seemed pretty irritated. They were about to just leave the sofa on the pavement! Eventually, they brought it in but were complaining the whole time. Fortunately, we managed to put the sofa together ourselves, and it was thankfully really easy.
