    Tennis shoes purchase

    I bought a pair of tennis shoes from this website not too long ago and, to be honest, it didn't go so well. The shoes I got were way tighter than the ones I tried on in a shop. So, I sent them back expecting a refund in about a week. It's been more than 2 weeks now and still no sign of that refund. I've tried contacting them through email and phone loads of times, but haven't heard back from them at all.

    Tennis clothing returns

    I had to send back some tennis clothing that didn't fit me. I followed the steps on the website for returning them, told them what I was sending back, and got the label I needed to send them back. The courier service, Dpd, sent me a text confirming that Tennis Point got my returns. However, it's been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't got my money back. It's annoying that they keep asking me for information they already have, dragging out the process more than it needs to be. I'm not happy with how this has gone and won't be buying from them in the future.

    Tennis shoes delivery mix-up

    The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, but there was a bit of a mess-up with the delivery. I had actually requested for some tennis shoes to be sent to my grandson's place in Welwyn, but somehow they got sent to me here in Tunbridge Wells instead. It's been such a bother now trying to work out how to get these shoes to my grandson in time for his birthday tomorrow. It's just so frustrating and inconvenient that the delivery went to the wrong address. I really hope that the company can make sure in the future that orders are sent to the right people without any slip-ups.

    The returns policy is a shambles - I've been trying to sort out the mess with the customer service team, but it's been a nightmare trying to communicate with them. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't got my refund for sending back that t-shirt.

    I recently bought two rackets and a bag from Tennis Point. The quality of the items was great, but there was a delay in getting them delivered. I placed my order on the 8th of September. On that day, I got a message saying there would be a delay, which made me look up some reviews online. I was worried because I had bought these things as a birthday present for my son. The items were eventually dispatched on the 13th of September. I could see where my order was using DPD and even set up a delivery day, but nothing showed up. It wasn't until I phoned Tennis Point on the 19th of September and talked to Darren that I found out some items were stuck at customs causing the delay. Luckily, the order got to me on the 20th of September, which was my son's birthday, right on time. I'm happy with the products, but the slow delivery made me give them one less star in my review.

    Tennis racket purchase, not as described

    Oh, it's been an absolute nightmare! I spent over €200 on a tennis racket that was supposed to come already strung, but it arrived unstrung. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days now, but all I keep hearing is the usual "someone will contact you soon" line. It's so annoying, especially because I waited over 2 weeks for the order to even arrive in the first place.

I ordered a racket at the beginning of December hoping to get it before Christmas, but it wasn't sent until the end of December, causing long delays. Trying to return the racket was a nightmare - it took two weeks to get a free postage label, which made things more complicated. I ended up having to pay for the return postage myself and then wait for a refund, which was a real pain. The communication from the customer service team was terrible throughout, hardly any updates when I asked about my delivery or return. After making a complaint, not much was done, and now it's been two months since I first ordered with no solution in sight.     I just wanted to share my feedback as a customer about the delivery service from this company. I was really disappointed with it. The postage cost was way too high, especially for regular delivery, not even next day. I placed my order on Saturday and it's now Wednesday, but still no sign of it arriving. The lack of clarity on delivery times and costs has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my shopping experience overall. It's also not cool that I only found out about the high postage cost after I'd already confirmed my order. If I'd known earlier, I would have cancelled my order straight away. So unfortunately, I've got a pretty negative view of this company now and won't be using them again in the future.

    I've been trying to send back my order online, but every time I attempt to make a shipping label, it keeps coming up with an error message saying "something has not worked out".     I bought some tennis gear from an online shop not long ago. Sadly, I wasn't happy with the whole experience. I thought my order would arrive on time, but it didn't. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, they said the courier couldn't find my address. This was odd because I've received parcels there before without any issues. They then told me they were sending the items back to the warehouse without giving me a chance to have them redelivered. I was really disappointed by the poor communication and lack of a solution.

    I recently purchased a fantastic tennis racquet from Tennis Point and I must say, it was absolutely brilliant! The price was very reasonable and it came already strung and ready to play with. Surprisingly, it arrived promptly despite all the strikes going on - hats off to the delivery person! I didn't realise Tennis Point was based in Germany, but that's pretty cool. The racquet arrived in perfect condition. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

    I recently bought some stuff from Tennis Point and, you know what, it was all right. I thought the website was pretty easy to use, and there was loads of tennis gear to pick from. But I was a bit surprised when the total cost shot up by £19.90 because of the delivery charge when I was paying with PayPal. That fee seemed a bit steep and it totally caught me off guard, I had no idea it was going to be that much. It would have been better if they had been upfront about it on the website, then I could have added more stuff to get free delivery, or maybe even decided not to buy anything after all because the delivery cost was so high.
