    Absolutely appalling service from start to finish!
    Ordered a Gift Card on the 16th December, 2025, as a present, website clearly stating that it would be received before Christmas if ordered before 17th December 2025. To date still NOT in receipt. Attempts to call the UK number given utterly pointless, as it does not connect. Tried using the Contact Link on the Website, which does not work. Have emailed Tennis Point directly, to receive very weak and vague response that they are looking into it. NO apology, no concern what so ever.
    I would rather suffer the Holocaust than use this Utterly Terrible Company again. Disadvantage to All. Avoid at All Costs, You will thank me for it!

    Good gear, daft returns

    I didn't expect to enjoy parts of this — the racket and kit themselves are actually top notch, felt much better than I thought, surprisingly. However, the returns side was a pain, really. I sent two items back because sizing was off and only got refunded for one, which left me chasing emails and calls, and that's frustrating. I would have happily paid a small return fee if the refund process was clear, but having to cover postage and then wait for a missing refund felt a bit careless. Still, the gear's quality made me want to try again; my tip is to double-check sizes and keep postage receipts — honest praise.

    the stuff is fine and they did eventually sort my issue, but dealing with them is a right faff. Gift cards go through at checkout, yet the amount often wasn’t applied so my card got charged the full sum. I had to screenshot every confirmation and chase them by phone — emails were ignored most of the time. After a call they did fix it, which I’m grateful for, but I don’t enjoy repeating that dance. I used to order weekly bits for the flat and little gifts, now I only use them when I really need to. Good resolution, poor process.

    Walked into the hall, shoes said maybe

    nice colour, neat stitching, felt quite light. Slipped them on at home and thought 'hmm, tight' — I normally wear a UK 10 but they seemed more like a 9.5. Took them to the sports hall anyway and, to my surprise, the grip was brilliant and the sole felt supportive when I darted about. Website was a bit clunky and the post-purchase emails were slow, which annoyed me, but delivery itself was quick. I'm trying to stretch them; a slightly wider last would make them spot on. I like the look too.

    avoid unless you've got ages to spare. I bought a small slow cooker for weekday dinners and the pot itself is fine — actually surprised how well it cooks — but the whole after-sales is a shambles. Returns portal rarely loads, emails to the UK address bounce, website messages vanish into the void and there’s no UK phone number to speak of. I ended up opening a PayPal case and it dragged on for almost three months. Now they’re still asking about bits of my refund with no explanation. Oh, and their social pages aren’t any use. It even looks quite nice on my counter, which was a surprise. Lovely slow cooker, rubbish support.

    I’m done with this company. I placed an order in March and never got any proper confirmation. I chased them by email three times, messaged on social and heard nothing. In the end I rang up and was told the parcel was basically “lost” because the customs paperwork was wrong. The rep shrugged that they “can’t control” how things get shipped — not what I wanted to hear. No offer to resend, no refund talk, no real apology. If I hadn’t kept phoning I’d have been left in the dark. I’ve had better luck with other retailers, so this was a proper let‑down. Won’t be taking the risk again.

    Package palaver but racket works

    it took ages to leave the warehouse, then it sat in the local depot while I’d already arranged to pick it up from the post office (they even emailed to confirm). The courier ignored that instruction and kept trying to drop it at my house, scanned it every day but never brought it out for delivery. Tennis Point were slow to help at first and told me to be patient, which was frustrating. In the end they chased the courier and got it sorted, but only after a few wasted days. So, glad it turned out OK, but the process could be a lot smoother.

I used the website help chat instead and eventually heard back, but by then the parcel was already in transit. The instant I knew I was actually satisfied was when the package showed up in Blighty, cleared customs and turned up on my doorstep the next day, intact and exactly as described. It felt odd that they’re essentially based in Germany and that wasn’t upfront, and the dodgy email made the whole thing unnecessarily tense. Still, delivery was swift, the kit works fine and I was quietly pleased — relief more than anything. I told the mate who pointed them out that it arrived fine, but I warned him about the poor communications; I’ll be cautious if I use them again.

    Not what I ordered, and a proper faff

    a bright orange Avacourt in a size 10. I checked the label straight away, reported it and sent them back. That was the start of a ridiculous runaround. At first glance the shoe looked wrong — colour and size were obvious — so I didn’t wear them, I simply returned them. When they confirmed receipt they emailed me to say I’d returned a pair they “don’t sell” (despite the model being listed on their own site). I rang them and tried to sort it, calmly, but they stuck to their line and refused a refund, basically accusing me of returning an item I hadn’t ordered. In the end I had no choice but to ask them to post the shoes back to me. They arrived again in a different box — and I’m left wondering if anyone even checked the contents. It felt like either sloppy warehouse management or something worse. I’m frustrated and a bit annoyed — not because of the cost but because of the hassle. Won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d warn others to be cautious.

    Second-hand trainers, but eventually put right

    Finally sorted and actually pleased

    Unexpectedly decent, just be patient

    the racket itself was brand new and in perfect nick. But the strings and the stringing service I paid for were missing. I emailed them after a couple of weeks of waiting and got a reply fairly quickly saying the strings were out of stock and they were sorting it. So delivery was slow, yes, and communication wasn’t instant, but it was honest and helpful. I’ve used this shop before a few years back for clothes and a backpack for my partner, and on those occasions returns and exchanges were straightforward, no drama, which made me trust them this time too. I started using the racket right away, minus the stringing, and it felt fine just to test it out while I waited. The customer service kept me updated enough that I didn’t panic. All in all I’m relieved it worked out. If you’re after speed, this isn’t the fastest retailer. But if you want a real company that eventually delivers and tries to help, it’s worth the wait. Happy I ordered from them, and grateful the item arrived in good condition despite the hiccup.

    Tennis shoes purchase

    I bought a pair of tennis shoes from this website not too long ago and, to be honest, it didn't go so well. The shoes I got were way tighter than the ones I tried on in a shop. So, I sent them back expecting a refund in about a week. It's been more than 2 weeks now and still no sign of that refund.     Tennis clothing returns

    I had to send back some tennis clothing that didn't fit me. I followed the steps on the website for returning them, told them what I was sending back, and got the label I needed to send them back. The courier service, Dpd, sent me a text confirming that Tennis Point got my returns. However, it's been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't got my money back. It's annoying that they keep asking me for information they already have, dragging out the process more than it needs to be. I'm not happy with how this has gone and won't be buying from them in the future.

    Tennis shoes delivery mix-up

    The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, but there was a bit of a mess-up with the delivery. I had actually requested for some tennis shoes to be sent to my grandson's place in Welwyn, but somehow they got sent to me here in Tunbridge Wells instead. It's been such a bother now trying to work out how to get these shoes to my grandson in time for his birthday tomorrow. It's just so frustrating and inconvenient that the delivery went to the wrong address. I really hope that the company can make sure in the future that orders are sent to the right people without any slip-ups.

    Rackets and bag

    I recently bought two rackets and a bag from Tennis Point. The quality of the items was great, but there was a delay in getting them delivered. I placed my order on the 8th of September. On that day, I got a message saying there would be a delay, which made me look up some reviews online. I was worried because I had bought these things as a birthday present for my son. The items were eventually dispatched on the 13th of September. I could see where my order was using DPD and even set up a delivery day, but nothing showed up. It wasn't until I phoned Tennis Point on the 19th of September and talked to Darren that I found out some items were stuck at customs causing the delay. Luckily, the order got to me on the 20th of September, which was my son's birthday, right on time. I'm happy with the products, but the slow delivery made me give them one less star in my review.

    Tennis racket purchase, not as described

    Oh, it's been an absolute nightmare! I spent over €200 on a tennis racket that was supposed to come already strung, but it arrived unstrung. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days now, but all I keep hearing is the usual "someone will contact you soon" line. It's so annoying, especially because I waited over 2 weeks for the order to even arrive in the first place.
