I popped down to the pet shop to pick up some toys for my new puppy, and I have to say, the staff there were so helpful! They gave me loads of advice about vaccinations and other important puppy stuff. Plus, the prices were really reasonable, so I'm excited to bring my furry friend back there tomorrow!

Slow-cooking microwave
I bought a slow-cooking microwave not long ago, thinking it would be handy and efficient. However, it turned out to be a big letdown. It took ages to cook anything, and it had loads of faults that stopped it from working properly. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for help, they weren't very helpful and made me feel like they weren't taking me seriously. On the other hand, my experiences with Tefal have always been great. They have been quick to fix any problems and have provided effective solutions. So, in the future, I'll be sticking with them for all my appliance needs.
