Real old fashioned customer service!!
Old fashioned customer service in a modern world is so much less common these days but today I came across real ‘Customer Service’ in spades.
I visited our local (Dereham) store and was served by ‘Jo’. I had many queries regarding Grain Free dog food. My regular feed is imported from Canada and I’m really keen to change to a more locally sourced item.
I cannot emphasise too highly just how caring and informative this young lady was. Every query was answered and nothing too much trouble. As I left the store with an own product small bag to sample, she was keen to say if there was anything else I thought of that she hadn’t answered - then a quick question via their website should produce a reply.
Back home and there was one question left unanswered when comparing my old and the new bag of feed. Quick email to ‘Contact Us’ on the website and ‘Mark’ was back with a response within just two minutes (yes! TWO minutes).
I call that pretty amazing and really old fashioned Good Customer Service.

Bought 2 rats from the Colchester branch today and I can honestly say I've never had such friendly and helpful staff in a pet store before. I had my 3yr old daughter with me and one of the ladies who worked there (Olivia), took time out of her day to connect with my daughter and it was so nice to see. Over the moon with the quality of service and will dedo go back more often
Dog biscuits and wild bird food.
Always shop at Jollies, as the staff are very friendly. Always see the same face, this lovely man with a beard, always offers to take the bird food, and put it in my car. Which means a lot.
Have a great selection of products at very good prices, so I will always spend my money there.Tropical And pond fish
Brought some neon tropical fish when she was getting fish out with the net she had squashed the fish on tank front then put the fish into my bag the fish was on its side I had to tell her the fish had died she was not happy with me telling her we then brought some pond fish to be charged £7.00 to much I then went back to ask why I had be charged the extra money I feel like I was telling lies asking for the difference in money I don't think I will be back for a good time and I will be telling my family and friends

Flint Store, rude, nasty staff member (jane) and store manager was no help! Everyone is trying their best social distancing queuing where told! Not in the Flint store ! When I was ignored queuing in the usual place I noticed customers were in a line somewhere different but still going to the only till open, so I joined the back and waited! When it was my turn Jane decided to serve the people who had started waiting in the place i was at first? I asked where should I queue to be served? She became very offensive shouting also saying she didn't see me standing in both places ! I'm a 6ft female in a bright pink top never not been noticed before? As Jane was arguing and shouting at me in the shop The manager finally served me only after the man in the other queue said I could be served before him ! I again asked where should I have been queuing? He said it doesn't matter where the queue is as they don't usually get this many in ? No wonder if Jane's serving she only sees who she wants to! I had no apology from the store manager or Jane and I left the store angry, upset and shaken by what had happened by asking where should I be queuing. I will not be shopping in Flint again sometimes its best to travel. I've left a negative review on trust pilot and found it interesting to also read quite a few recent negative reviews about the rude attitude by staff in the Flint store. These reviews have also been shared locally to save others the upset

PRICE MATCH IS A CON
This is a con of a company and is very expensive product that can be purchased from B&M or other pet shops like Pets At Home cheaper with great customer service.
This companys Price Match is also a Big Con as I found out when purchased goods and found out that Home Bargains are sell8ng them for a £1 cheaper, but when challenged this for refund there customer service reply was that the company's terms and conditions state you should tell the store about the low price before your purchase, but how would you know this if you haven't been to the other shop to find out they are selling it cheaper.
So I will never shop there again and I would say to other customers to shop at Pets at Home or other places is cheaper and customer service is better and they will stick to there word about any problem like refunds or price match with out Fobbing you of like Jollyes Pet shops they are a JOKE.CAR CRASH OF A COMPANY
Ordered at 08:03 am on the 08/01/2019 no delivery next day, took day off work waited in all day had to ring today was advised their had been a delay in the order. Asked why I wasn't informed they got mark to ring me to tell me that they don't advise of delays unless it's going to be more than 3 days, Absolutely shocking as people have to take time off work to get these deliverys, so could add up to people taking 3 days off for no reason with out any sort of correspondence. I can understand if the courier Dpd mucked up and they didn't inform us cause that's dpd's fault but they advised they knew there was a shortage of the product I wanted and that's what caused the delay, which they could have informed me about then I may have just changed the product but nope no such chance. So cancelled order completely and will not use again ever. They get beat on price as well for just about everything when I've had a look around. So in away thanks I've saved money by not shopping with them. I didn't even get an apology on the phone at all, even though mark said he knew where I was coming from. Shoddy customer service Do Not Use

Why is the shop on Willenhall Amstrong way closed at 20 past 6p.m when it should be open till 7p.m really annoyed will be taking my shopping elsewhere.
