    Air fryer purchase

    I bought a cheap air fryer from Daewoo and I was really disappointed with how it was marketed. The advert said it could bake, grill, and roast, but when it arrived, it turned out it can only do air frying. I got in touch with customer service and they said that the bullet points on the packaging just showed the outcomes of using the air fryer, not what it can actually do. It's really misleading advertising.

    Replacement airfryer basket

    The service I got at this place was really great. My airfryer basket broke just a few months after the warranty ran out, but they still replaced it with no problem or cost. I was pleasantly surprised by how willing they were to help me even though they didn't technically have to. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days, so I was really impressed by how they dealt with my situation. I'll definitely be returning for anything I need in the future!

    This air fryer is amazing! It's made cooking so much easier for me and my family in many ways. It's not just versatile and simple to control the temperature, but it also saves us time with its speedy cooking. I can do other things while using it, so my meals always turn out perfectly cooked. My daughter loves using it for baking, and I like being able to see the food cooking through the clear view. Cleaning it is so easy too, just a quick wipe with a paper towel. And the best part is how much electricity it saves - I can cook whole roasts without needing to preheat or use a messy oven. I've had this air fryer for years now and it's become an essential tool in my kitchen.

    Air Fryer and Extended Warranty

    I bought an air fryer from this brand and got an extended warranty with it. Sadly, the fryer stopped heating properly after a few days. But, when I got in touch with the customer service team, they were really helpful. They not only replaced the faulty part within a week but also sent me a whole new air fryer. I was really happy with the quick and friendly help from their customer service people.

    Faulty kettle return

    I had an awful time trying to return a broken kettle to this company. Even though the kettle was still under warranty, the response I got was terrible. The person in customer service didn't seem to care at all about helping me sort out the problem and said that they weren't the ones to deal with returns. It was really annoying to see a company not standing by their warranties and treating customers so poorly. I definitely won't be dealing with this company again and will be going somewhere else for my purchases.

    Air fryer metal foot replacement

    I got in touch with customer service recently about a little problem with my air fryer. One of the metal feet from the trivet had come off. It was probably my fault, but I needed a replacement. The customer service was really good. They were super helpful and sent me a replacement straight away, no charge at all! I was really impressed by how quickly they sorted everything out and how willing they were to help. I always judge a company by how well they look after their customers, and I think Daewoo definitely deserves a 5-star rating for their top-notch customer service.

    Xmas present 2022 replacement

    I had a problem with a gift I got at Christmas 2022. I emailed the company on Monday to let them know. We had a few more emails back and forth during the week so I could give them more details and answer their questions. By the end of the week, they sent me a replacement for the faulty product. I was really happy with how quickly they sorted it out. I'll definitely be recommending this company to others from now on.

    2 electric blankets purchased with extended warranty

    I bought a couple of electric blankets not long ago and got the extended warranty. It was a shame that one of them stopped working after just 14 months. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they couldn't locate the warranty info. It's made me think that the extended warranty isn't worth much at all. Because of this, I won't be buying anything else from this company and I'd recommend others to do the same.

    I bought a vacuum cleaner from you earlier this year. I've been using it twice a week, but it snapped in half during a cleaning session recently, which was a bit of a shock. I emailed your company straight away to sort out the problem, but it's been two days and I still haven't heard back. This level of customer service just isn't on. I can't even find a phone number to call and talk to someone directly, so I'm stuck waiting for an email reply to figure out what to do next. It's really frustrating to be without a working vacuum cleaner in the meantime. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and won't be recommending your products to others. I won't be buying anything else from you in the future. This whole thing has just been a waste of my time and money.

    Amazing halogen oven

    The halogen oven I got from here has completely revolutionised my cooking game. I use it for everything - from basic toast to fancy cakes and hearty meals.
