Air fryer purchase
I bought a cheap air fryer from Daewoo and I was really disappointed with how it was marketed. The advert said it could bake, grill, and roast, but when it arrived, it turned out it can only do air frying. I got in touch with customer service and they said that the bullet points on the packaging just showed the outcomes of using the air fryer, not what it can actually do. It's really misleading advertising.
Rapid replacement parts delivery
That's fantastic news! I had a problem, got in touch, and they got back to me the next day asking for more information. And just like that, in four days, the new parts arrived right at my door. I can't even express how blown away I am by the amazing customer service I got. It was truly exceptional.
Replacement airfryer basket

This air fryer is amazing! It's made cooking so much easier for me and my family in many ways. Faulty kettle return
I had an awful time trying to return a broken kettle to this company. Even though the kettle was still under warranty, the response I got was terrible. The person in customer service didn't seem to care at all about helping me sort out the problem and said that they weren't the ones to deal with returns. It was really annoying to see a company not standing by their warranties and treating customers so poorly. I definitely won't be dealing with this company again and will be going somewhere else for my purchases.
Air fryer metal foot replacement
I got in touch with customer service recently about a little problem with my air fryer. One of the metal feet from the trivet had come off. It was probably my fault, but I needed a replacement. The customer service was really good. They were super helpful and sent me a replacement straight away, no charge at all! I was really impressed by how quickly they sorted everything out and how willing they were to help. I always judge a company by how well they look after their customers, and I think Daewoo definitely deserves a 5-star rating for their top-notch customer service.

I bought a heater from your shop not long ago, and when I started using it, I noticed that the electric plug was getting really hot. It's quite dangerous and alarming. I was hoping for better quality from a well-known company like yours, so this whole situation has made me feel let down and worried about my safety.
Xmas present 2022 replacement
I had a problem with a gift I got at Christmas 2022. I emailed the company on Monday to let them know. We had a few more emails back and forth during the week so I could give them more details and answer their questions. By the end of the week, they sent me a replacement for the faulty product. I was really happy with how quickly they sorted it out. I'll definitely be recommending this company to others from now on.
2 electric blankets purchased with extended warranty
I bought a couple of electric blankets not long ago and got the extended warranty. It was a shame that one of them stopped working after just 14 months. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they couldn't locate the warranty info. It's made me think that the extended warranty isn't worth much at all. Because of this, I won't be buying anything else from this company and I'd recommend others to do the same.

I can't even find a phone number to call and talk to someone directly, so I'm stuck waiting for an email reply to figure out what to do next. It's really frustrating to be without a working vacuum cleaner in the meantime. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and won't be recommending your products to others. I won't be buying anything else from you in the future. This whole thing has just been a waste of my time and money.

The halogen oven I got from here has completely revolutionised my cooking game. I use it for everything - from basic toast to fancy cakes and hearty meals. I was struggling to find replacement mesh trays but when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly sent me two new trays. I am seriously impressed with the amazing service and support I got.
