Got a dress for my cousin's party
I got a dress for my cousin's party and it arrived really quickly! The packaging was great and the dress was beautiful. It fitted me perfectly and the quality was fantastic. The only issue was that the customer service was a bit slow, but apart from that, I'd definitely suggest this place to others!

Our cool cuffs
We picked up some great handcuffs from a shop we've been frequenting for years. They might not be the cheapest, but the quality is top-notch. We've had them since forever (2000) and they're still in perfect condition. Whenever we mention trying something new in the bedroom, we always recommend this place to our friends. It's even more convenient now that they have an app! We really adore this shop and will definitely continue to shop there.

Air fryer replacement under extended warranty
I had an air fryer that was only 18 months old and it started having some problems due to a fault in the structure. Luckily, it was still covered by the extended warranty. I got in touch with Tower Housewares customer services and I must say, they were really respectful and professional in dealing with my problem. They replied to my emails quickly and offered to replace the fryer without any fuss or waiting. I really admire how responsible and efficient they were in providing customer service.

Diabolical Service
The website came up as a .co.uk site and price for non prescription medicine prescribed for my dog so much cheaper than vet. Ordering was incredibly simple and it should have been delivered within 10 days. Well after due date, I emailed as no word, only to find it was out of stock!!!! It appears they had no intentions of letting me know and, what's more, the company are in France, not in the UK!!!! I now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund!! Why take my money if they could not supply the goods???? Why pretend to be a UK company???? Why not inform customers if goods out of stock???? Despicable business practices!!!! I would not touch them with a bargepole!!!!!
