    Dual air fryer purchase

    I've just bought a dual air fryer from Tower Housewares and on the whole, I was happy with it. However, I had a problem with the rubber corners on the tray as I accidentally lost one. When I got in touch with Tower Housewares' customer service team, they told me they didn't have any replacement rubber in stock and suggested using silicone paper or foil instead. I was a bit disappointed with their response because I thought a big company like theirs would have spare parts on hand for situations like this. Nevertheless, the air fryer itself works well and I'm happy with how it performs.

    Airfryer replacement

    My airfryer broke down on me after just over a year. It was really annoying, but the customer service team at Tower were so helpful. Even though it was out of warranty, they replaced my faulty airfryer without any issues. It's not often you come across a company that provides such great service, so I have to give them credit for their outstanding support. Tower Housewares has definitely won me over as a customer for life.

    Air Fryer Mesh Shelves

    I bought my mum a Tower air fryer and she's really chuffed with it. The only issue was she struggled to take out the mesh shelves when they were hot because they didn't have any handles. She's 80 years old and has trouble with her grip, so I was worried about her safety. Thankfully, I got in touch with the company and they quickly sent over some silicone hand mitts to help out. Their customer service was top-notch and it was a real lifesaver. Big shoutout to Corina in customer services for all her help.

    Faulty appliance replacement

    I got in touch with customer service recently about a broken appliance that was still under warranty. After giving them all the details they needed, they quickly sent me a new one as a replacement. I want to say thanks to Joe for getting back to me so quickly and sorting out the problem efficiently.     I recently bought an air fryer from Tower Housewares and I must say, I've been really impressed with how well it works. The various settings made it super easy for me to cook a wide range of dishes, all turning out perfectly cooked and delicious each time. I've only ever used Tower Housewares products and although I had a little hiccup with my appliance, the customer service chap, Joe, was brilliant and quickly sorted everything out for me. I'm really happy with how everything was handled and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tower Housewares for anyone looking to make a purchase in the future.

    Warranty claim for a kettle

    I had to speak to customer service about a warranty claim for a kettle I bought, and I have to say that Jaheda was brilliant.     Replacement milk frother

    Our milk frother packed up during the warranty period, so we got in touch with customer service for some help. Nic and Amy were really friendly and worked out that we needed a replacement frother. They didn't have the exact same model in stock, but let us pick a similar one from their website. The one we chose was a bit more expensive, but they kindly said we didn't have to pay the difference. That's what I call top-notch customer service!

    Replacement stand mixer

    I recently bought a stand mixer but it wasn't functioning as it should be so I decided to reach out to customer service for some help. There was this lady named Sophie who assisted me throughout the process and managed to resolve the issue. It did take quite a bit of time, about 6 to 7 months, but eventually, they sent me a replacement mixer. And you know what? It works perfectly fine now! I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Sophie for being incredibly awesome and helpful throughout this whole experience! šŸ„°

    Vacuum cleaner purchase

    I recently bought a vacuum cleaner from Tower Housewares, and unfortunately, after using it for a while, I noticed it was making scraping sounds on my floor. Luckily, I remembered that it was still under warranty as stated on the box. I sent an email to the company and spoke to a customer service rep called Elle. Elle was really helpful and went out of her way to help me. She reassured me that a replacement part would be sent soon, which was a relief. I've had bad experiences with other companies before, but Tower Housewares has shown to be reliable and helpful. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

    Cordless window cleaner charging lead

    I've just moved house and somehow managed to lose the charger for my cordless window cleaner. I got in touch with Tower Housewares and had a chat with Amy, who was so helpful and managed to find a replacement for me. Now I'm eagerly waiting for it to arrive so I can carry on using my window cleaner without any issues.     Efficient Service for Faulty Appliance

    I recently had a problem with my appliance which broke down after only a year of using it. I had some issues with a different retailer before, but Tower Housewares was a welcome relief. I told them about my situation, explaining how the previous seller wasn't helpful and took ages to provide the necessary paperwork. Tower totally got where I was coming from and agreed to swap the faulty appliance as long as I showed them a photo that proved it was broken. The whole process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that.<br><br>After just 3 days, my shiny new appliance arrived. I was thrilled with how fast they sorted everything out. As for the actual appliance, it's an amazing Airfryer. It's got loads of space and 3 shelves, so I hardly need to use my main oven, saving me loads on electricity. It's become essential in my kitchen, making cooking way simpler and more convenient.<br><br>One cool feature of this Airfryer is its rotisserie function. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but my friends who have the same one love it and say it works a treat. This appliance is so versatile, offering lots of cooking options to suit different tastes.<br><br>Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got from Tower Housewares. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that the appliance broke down within a year. I'm hopeful the replacement will be more reliable and long-lasting, making me trust the product's quality even more.

    Nic from customer service really went the extra mile to help me out with finding replacement lids for my buffet server.     Fireplace sent with no pebbles , no remote , no guarantee , no manual .. also has chips on the actual fireplace and what looks like dead flies / fluff inside it , thought Iā€™d found a bargain , this fireplace no longer heats after having it on for 5 mins and I have no manual to work out what Iā€™m supposed to do . Promised various emails back for replacement parts that should have come in the original order and had nothing. Useless customer service that canā€™t even tell you if they can get the spare parts or not ā€¦ waste of money !

    Told to wait hours for a email and not even got any ā€¦ no one can help you to simply return a product donā€™t waste your time with this bunch of clowns!

    3-in-1 stick vacuum purchase

    Oh, what a waste of time and money! This stick vacuum is completely useless. I thought I was getting a great deal, but oh dear, how wrong I was. It overheats after just 15 minutes of use and then refuses to start again for at least an hour. This is actually my second one, and it's just as dreadful as the first, so back it goes. My mother had a fantastic Tower kettle that lasted a solid 20 years, but this pathetic vacuum couldn't even handle 20 minutes. What a let-down.

    I bought an air fryer not long ago and honestly, it was a nightmare. After just a week of using it, I had a problem. But, I have to say, the customer service was amazing. They were really professional and as soon as I gave them all the info they needed, they sorted it out fast. Now I'm just waiting for the replacement to turn up. Dealing with just one person made me trust their service even more.

    Tower Dual Airfryer

    Bought a dual air fryer in October 2022 from B...M. I registered the warranty and received confirmation it was for the extended 3 years. Sadly in November this year one fan failed and I needed to contact Tower, thatā€™s where it all went wrong. I was asked to produce a till receipt, which I could not (B...M donā€™t always give them and have confirmed they canā€™t produce a duplicate more then 12 months old)
    Despite several emails and speaking to who was quite frankly a very rude customer service person, Tower were not going to back down and honour the warranty . I can prove I bought one item at B...M on the day and paid Ā£99 for it. This it seems is not good enough.
    Reality is that if you want quality, pay for it and not buy a cheap alternative that is likely to break down and then the company twist their way out of responsibility, despite them confirming I had a 3 year warranty. If it is so important why do they not insist on a receipt at the point of registering. I suspect this is because they assume people donā€™t keep receipts.
    Very poor product and even poorer company.
