Nice selection, hassle ordering from outside UK, good quality
I was really happy with the range of products on offer, but I did have a bit of trouble when ordering from outside the UK, especially from within the EU. The company did cover any extra custom charges, but the ordering process was a bit of a pain. However, all the items I bought arrived fairly quickly and looked like they were good quality.

2 x 3 fruit trees
I bought some fruit trees, but when they arrived, they were in a right state! They looked like they were on their last legs. I planted them as directed, but they haven't done anything at all. On top of that, trying to get in touch with customer service for a refund has been a real headache.
