Unhygienic hotel experience, no refund yet
I was really unhappy with my stay at this hotel recently. As soon as I arrived, I saw lots of bugs and the room wasn't clean. I told the staff about it, but they didn't do anything to sort it out. And to make matters worse, I still haven't been given a refund for my stay, which is just not on.

T-shirt
I recently purchased a neat t-shirt from TradeInn, but it turns out I made a mistake with the delivery address. I contacted them immediately to rectify the error, but unfortunately, they completely ignored my message. Consequently, when the delivery person attempted to deliver the item, it ended up at the incorrect address. Now, my stylish t-shirt is just sitting there, waiting for someone else to enjoy it. It seems like their online chat and email services are possibly automated, as they were not helpful in this situation at all. My advice would be to avoid shopping from TradeInn, as my experience was as ineffective as a handbrake in a canoe.

New TV purchase
I bought a new TV online not long ago and had a terrible experience with it. The TV arrived with a cracked screen, which was really disappointing. When I reached out to customer services for assistance, I was met with a very rude and unhelpful representative who wouldn't help me at all. The level of customer service was shocking and not okay at all. The Chatbot system was just as useless, as it kept sending me back to the unhelpful customer services line. Dealing with them was a total waste of time.
