Recent purchase - "In Stock" discrepancy
My recent experience with TradeInn was mostly good, but I did come across a bit of a problem with their stock availability. A couple of times, I ordered things that said they were "in stock" on the website, only to find out later that they were actually out of stock. This caused some delays in the rest of my order as I had to wait for the out-of-stock items to come in. It would be helpful for TradeInn to sort out their stock system to stop these mix-ups in the future.
Apart from that hiccup, I have to say that TradeInn's customer service is really impressive. Whenever I had issues or questions, their team was really helpful and knew their stuff, sorting out any problems quickly. The prices at TradeInn are also competitive, which makes it a good choice for getting outdoor gear and equipment.

False Delivery Date Promises
I'm so annoyed with the delivery dates this company keeps giving me. They promise one thing, but then it gets pushed back without any reason. It's really frustrating and it feels like they're tricking me. I was supposed to get my beach chairs by June 4th, but now it looks like I won't get them for ages. It's just like my past experiences with AliExpress, where deliveries can take forever. The fact that they aren't clear or communicative about it is so disappointing.
Cancelled order due to bad reviews
I recently had a bad experience trying to buy something from TradeInn. I saw some really bad reviews on Trustpilot, so I decided to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. But even though I cancelled, they still took the money! Now I have to wait 3-7 days to get my refund. It's really annoying and has put me off using them again. It's not great to see they use lots of different names for trading, it just makes them seem even less trustworthy.
New jacket bought, sleeve problem
I've recently purchased a jacket from this place and it arrived on time. However, I noticed a problem with the sleeve as it seems to be twisted on the inside, making it difficult for me to put my arm in. I attempted to return it, but it's frustrating because the website isn't functioning properly. It's so annoying, I simply want to exchange it for a new one!
Fast delivery, mixed-language instructions
I recently bought something from TradeInn and was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. Buying it was easy and simple, but I was a bit shocked when I opened the box and saw that the instructions were in Spanish. Being an English speaker, this was a bit of a hassle, but thankfully I managed to find English instructions on the internet so it wasn't a big deal.

My advice would be to avoid shopping from TradeInn, as my experience was as ineffective as a handbrake in a canoe.

After thinking about buying something, I changed my mind because I saw lots of bad reviews online. So, I went to a different shop that has a better reputation and is more reliable, because TradeInn's trustworthiness had been questioned by other shoppers.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share what happened to me recently when I shopped at this online store. I got some sports gear, but it was a disaster. I made up my mind on May 19th to cancel the order. The website says they give refunds within 4 to 10 days, but it's already been three weeks and I've not seen a single penny come back to me yet.
