    False Delivery Date Promises

    I'm so annoyed with the delivery dates this company keeps giving me. They promise one thing, but then it gets pushed back without any reason. It's really frustrating and it feels like they're tricking me. I was supposed to get my beach chairs by June 4th, but now it looks like I won't get them for ages. It's just like my past experiences with AliExpress, where deliveries can take forever. The fact that they aren't clear or communicative about it is so disappointing.

    Cancelled order due to bad reviews

    I recently had a bad experience trying to buy something from TradeInn. I saw some really bad reviews on Trustpilot, so I decided to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. But even though I cancelled, they still took the money! Now I have to wait 3-7 days to get my refund. It's really annoying and has put me off using them again. It's not great to see they use lots of different names for trading, it just makes them seem even less trustworthy.

Ordering was a breeze and the communication about my order was clear. The item came quickly in just 3 days, quicker than I thought since it was sent from Spain to Holland.     I recently purchased a neat t-shirt from TradeInn, but it turns out I made a mistake with the delivery address. I contacted them immediately to rectify the error, but unfortunately, they completely ignored my message. Consequently, when the delivery person attempted to deliver the item, it ended up at the incorrect address. Now, my stylish t-shirt is just sitting there, waiting for someone else to enjoy it. It seems like their online chat and email services are possibly automated, as they were not helpful in this situation at all. My advice would be to avoid shopping from TradeInn, as my experience was as ineffective as a handbrake in a canoe.

    New jacket bought, sleeve problem

    I've recently purchased a jacket from this place and it arrived on time. However, I noticed a problem with the sleeve as it seems to be twisted on the inside, making it difficult for me to put my arm in.     Recently, I bought a pair of swimrun shoes from TradeInn, hoping to add to my gear for outdoor adventures. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit right, so I needed to exchange them for a different size. When I checked their returns policy, I was bummed to see that I'd have to shell out over £23 for postage just for the exchange.     I bought a laptop from this company not long ago and it was a nightmare. I needed to change the delivery address but they couldn't do it.     I recently sent back a pair of MTB shoes for a refund and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Not only did I have to pay for the return postage myself, but the whole process was a disaster. The shoes were too narrow, and when they were returned to me, I was really surprised. I tried emailing their customer service team but got no response, which was very annoying. I even tried calling their office in Spain, but no one answered. The customer service was so bad, I'll be telling all my friends to avoid buying anything from them in the future.

    I was quite unsure after seeing some bad reviews about this website, but I thought I'd give it a go and ordered three pairs of shoes. They came all the way from Spain to the UK, and although they arrived without any problems, I had to send them all back because they didn't fit right. The tracking details weren't very detailed, so I did get a bit worried about where my shoes were. But after a few weeks, they finally processed my returns and I got my money back. I'd say the service was a bit slow but fair in the end.
