Lost keys
I was really stressed when I lost my keys in the car park, but thankfully this lovely attendant called Frankie came to my rescue. He was super helpful and friendly. Walking is difficult for me as I'm disabled, but Frankie was so patient and even went back over my steps to locate my keys. I had dropped them near the entrance, but Frankie managed to find them and save the day. He was easy to talk to, nice and really helped me relax when I was getting too worked up. Huge thanks to Frankie!

Cancellation issue
I had a right headache with this company recently when it came to cancelling an order. I did everything by the book and sent them an email to cancel before they even sent it out, like their policy said. Their policy said I should get half my money back. But would you believe it? They didn't stick to their own rules and instead left me hanging, only to later say they couldn't cancel because it was already on its way. It was so annoying and really let me down as a customer.

Poor quality item
Although I started off by giving a 1* review because the product I got was not up to scratch, I was actually quite delighted with how well the company's customer service team dealt with my issue. Shortly after I wrote the negative review, a nice young lady gave me a call and sorted everything out promptly, even approving a refund for me. The way the folks at Manutan handled the situation with such efficiency and professionalism really impressed me. The refund was issued super quickly, and I had the money back in my account the very next day. This whole experience has definitely made me feel more confident about the company, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
