Poor quality item
Although I started off by giving a 1* review because the product I got was not up to scratch, I was actually quite delighted with how well the company's customer service team dealt with my issue. Shortly after I wrote the negative review, a nice young lady gave me a call and sorted everything out promptly, even approving a refund for me. The way the folks at Manutan handled the situation with such efficiency and professionalism really impressed me. The refund was issued super quickly, and I had the money back in my account the very next day. This whole experience has definitely made me feel more confident about the company, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
EV Charger installer barriers
I needed some barriers for my EV charger installation, so I ordered some from this place. They arrived really quickly, in fact, the very next day. I was really pleased when I saw them because they looked great and seemed really strong. But then my mum pointed out that they weren't the right ones for our driveway, so we had to send them back. I filled out the return form and someone came to collect them. And you know what? I received my refund without any problems. The service was fantastic and the products on the website are excellent quality. I will definitely be using this place again for my next project.
Radio Controlled clock
I bought a Radio Controlled clock from this company recently but it was only suitable for Continental Europe. It could have been a negative experience, but thanks to the amazing customer service from Jodie Forster, everything was sorted out. When I contacted the customer service helpline, I was happy to speak to a real person who tried to help, even though the issue couldn't be fixed. Jodie took the right steps to take the item off their website and is working on giving me a full refund. I appreciate Jodie's professionalism and commitment to sorting out the problem.
Large picking bins purchase
I got in touch with customer service to ask about large picking bins and a really nice guy called William helped me out straight away. He sent me links to three different products that he thought might work for me via email. In the end, I bought 4 green picking bins from the company and I am really happy with how good they are. Yes, they were a bit expensive, but they are super strong and stack nicely. I am so impressed with them that I'm going to start saving up to buy another 4 bins next month!
Recent order experience
I bought something recently and I'm afraid the delivery process hasn't been great. I placed my order on the 23rd of April, with the delivery set for the 25th of April. However, today is the 4th of May and I still haven't heard anything about when my delivery will arrive. The tracking info only says the order has been dispatched, with no other details. I've been trying to contact customer service via email but haven't had any response about the delivery status. It's been really frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on.
