A car is a very useful way of transportation. It is fast, dry, clean, warm and private and from door to door. Everywhere available, accessible, safe and easy to park
Qpark is nearly always available wherever I possibly go, so I remain assured about the safety and keepings of my car at the place. I love my car more than other people do :) so I am quite conscious about safety parking. Well, let's just say they assure me the best.
Pre booked for an evenings parking for £4.50. When I scanned the barcode on my invoice I was charged another £6.00. The next day I contacted QPark and complained. They sent me a claim form via email with a photo upload to back up my claim. It wouldn't work on either chrome or Firefox. Then they asked for my sort code and account no. which I sent them. They said it was was the wrong sort code ( it wasn't). I gave up and told them to keep it !! Won't be using them again. UNHAPPY !
Be very wary about using this car park. My car was left in this car park that is advertised as a "secure underground car park. The window was smashed and the boot cleared. The car park is completely insecure, you'd be more secure parking on the street. My car was not the only car broken into, there was also an Audi with two smashed windows on the same day. Police confirmed that they have had many reports of theft from here. It appears that the car park is a haven for thieves. Best avoided.
