Dress order
I ordered a dress recently from an online store and I have to say I was really disappointed with the service. The website said it would take 9-14 days for tailoring, but it's been nearly 4 weeks now and I still haven't received my dress. Every time I ask about my order on the chat, they keep reassuring me that it will be sent out soon, giving me specific dates, but each time the deadline passes without my dress being dispatched. I'm feeling very frustrated and let down by the customer service team, their lack of communication and follow-through.

Faulty products, no customer service
The customer service at this store is shockingly bad. I bought some stuff which turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, I was told to email and message on WhatsApp, but they both didn't work. It's so annoying to splash out on things that aren't up to scratch and then not be able to get any help to sort it out. It's just not on and honestly, it shouldn't be allowed.

Incorrectly prescribed glasses and tint issue
I bought a pair of glasses from that company not long ago, and I've got to say, I haven't been too pleased with how things turned out. The prescription they put in my glasses was all wrong, so I can't see properly with them at all. And on top of that, the lenses aren't right either - I asked for transition lenses, but they sent me tinted ones instead. It's really put me out, and using them is a right pain. I thought a company like that would be more accurate and pay more attention to the little details.
