Hoodie
I just bought a hoodie from your store and it wasn't a great experience. I spent £127 on it, but when it arrived, I found a problem with it. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask for a return and refund, but they only gave me back £120. This mix-up with the refund has left me feeling annoyed and let down. Now, I have to go through the hassle of getting my bank to sort it out with a chargeback. All in all, I'm pretty unhappy with how this whole thing was handled - the service and communication just wasn't up to scratch.

A cool garden shed
I recently bought this amazing garden shed and I absolutely adore it! It adds such a great touch to my backyard and is so handy for keeping all my outdoor items and tools safe. One thing that did bug me though was that the instructions for putting it together were quite confusing.
So, I gave them a call to ask about the installation cost, but the person on the other end wouldn't give me a straight answer and just told me to look online instead. Bit annoying if you ask me!Review about: Picniq
