Having had trips in the past that were regrettable, I tried to improve by going for a more reliable travel agency so as not to repeat the ugly past. I needed a hitch-free trip that will be memorable which would not also drain my energy in order to be able to carry out the official task I was to travel for. Flight booking, hotel reservation and car hiring, I needed a firm that can do all that for me at professionally level. Good and positive reviews from their clients encouraged my decision making and I settled with Hotwire. That however wasn't a bad decision after all. It's been a nice experience using the services of Hotwire for my travel needs.

Awful service through and through. Useless product, staff and customer service. Avoid at all costs. Slimey people.
HELP.... how do I get rid of these scammers. I did not sign up for a "subscription" and they continue to send me irrelevant emails when I ask them for my "signed contract" . I cancelled this "subscription" 15 minutes after I put in my bank details. They refuse to give me a full refund
