Brand new mower return
I bought a new lawnmower from this place not long ago, but had to return it. The customer service I got was really terrible. They said no to my return because I didn't have the original box, which came damaged with water. They wouldn't take any other box, which I thought was a really silly rule from the company. On top of that, I had a broken product show up and was told to email the info for help. After waiting for weeks, I had to check back, only to be told they never got my email, but suddenly found it when I called them up.
