Lawnmower purchase
I had a terrible experience with Mowers Online. The customer service was really bad - I had to wait ages on the phone and the people I spoke to were not helpful at all. It was obvious they didn't care about their customers or their issues. They didn't give me any updates on when my order would be delivered, so I was left in the dark. And when I needed to return a faulty item, they weren't able to arrange a convenient collection time. I was hoping to support a local business, but I found out they were just drop-shipping from the manufacturer, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a big letdown.

I can't believe how bad the communication and professionalism is from this company. I bought a lawnmower in March and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them multiple times but haven't heard anything back. It's so ridiculous that they're running their business like this. I recently bought a ride-on mower from Mowers Online and it's been pretty disappointing. Even though it said 'in stock' when I ordered it, it's been a whole month and still no delivery date. I bought a lawnmower from Mowers Online not too long ago and, unfortunately, things didn't go too well. They were fine with taking my money, but when it came to answering my questions, they've been pretty useless. STIGA battery substitution
So, I ordered this Mountfield Battery online, yeah? And when it arrived, can you believe it? It was a STIGA battery! I mean, come on, they didn't even check with me if that was alright to do. And it was like over £100 as well! Not cool, right? I tried giving them a ring to fix it but they didn't even answer. Terrible customer service, honestly. I won't be shopping with them again, that's a definite!

I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service I got from Mowers Online. It took ages for my order to arrive, like 10 days, and then they sent me an extra mower by mistake. So, I had to use their '90-day money-back form' to tell them about their mess-up. But, they didn't even confirm they got my message. The only contact I had was from the delivery guy who wanted to pick up the extra mower. I wasted so much time fixing their mistake, waiting for the courier, and not even a simple thank you from them. The way they handled all of this shows they don't really care about their customers.

I got in touch with customer service via email and phone, sending over some photos of the damage. They reassured me that a replacement wheel would be sent out, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and the part still hasn't arrived.
My lawnmower is currently out of action and I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. If I don't hear back soon, I'll have to take it up with my credit card company. So, I got this new mower blade online, but then they took my money and said they didn't actually have it in stock. I mean, seriously? I showed them my receipt and they were all like, "Send us a copy."
I spent ages the next day searching for that receipt because they sent it by email and it was nowhere to be found. Then they had the audacity to say they might just take back that email! Like, can they even do that?
So, I sent them a copy of the email and now I'm just waiting to see what's going to happen next. And on top of all that, they never even answer their phones! What a rubbish company, honestly.Lawnmower part purchase

I recently bought a lawn mower from this company, and honestly, my experience was a nightmare. To start with, trying to get hold of them was a real mission - they never picked up the phone! Then they changed their story, and said they were waiting for more stock to arrive. The communication from them was shockingly bad, always switching up their tale. I emailed them repeatedly, but heard nothing back. And let's not forget, they'd already taken my money! If my mower doesn't get here by Monday, I'll miss my chance to get the job done on time. All I want is the mower that I paid for. If they were out of stock, they should have told me straight away, not promised quick deliveries they couldn't keep.

I purchased a lawnmower from this place and it was a terrible experience. They're a bunch of incompetents! I attempted to contact them numerous times but nobody answered. I was really concerned about the status of my order and if they had actually taken my money. It's a family-run business, but they really need to sort themselves out. I should've just stuck to my usual eBay or Amazon purchases.
