Absolutely terrible service. I ordered wine for my husbands birthday and paid for a specific delivery so i could be there to receive it. It didnt arrive so I called customer services, three times in total. Twice I was told it would still be delivered that day, and on the third occasion I was told it would be delivered the following day. It was delivered a day late and left outside in the rain. My husband came home and found his present sopping wet and 5 days before his birthday. I have emailed customer services and 10 days later they have yet to say anything helpful.
