Blood sample test kit
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. The instructions on the test kit were really confusing as they said the blood samples needed to be dried before sending. I did the test again, but still haven't heard anything from them about whether they got the samples or not. It's been a complete waste of my time, money, and trust.

It was a bit tricky to buy online, but it was definitely worth it in the end. I'm really pleased with what I bought. The delivery was quick and the product was packed well. The instructions were easy to follow and the pergola itself is really well made. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with it.

Airport parking booking
I organised airport parking for our family holiday, thinking it would be hassle-free and straightforward. However, it ended up being a complete disaster! When I phoned the parking place to check my booking, they informed me that Trusted Travel hadn't settled the payment. I attempted to contact Trusted Travel several times, but all I received were automated replies with no solution. They took my money and left me in a difficult situation. I had to pay extra to another company just to secure a parking space at the airport. What a nightmare!
